I booked a suite and a deluxe room, expecting them to be on the same floor as promised, but they ended up on different floors. I had to repeatedly request to have them moved. The reception ladies staff were unhelpful, with poor attitudes and little focus on customer service. The breakfast quality was subpar, and i was charged extra without receiving an official bill. Despite informing them of a delayed checkout due to a hospital appointment, they called three times within an hour to rush me. On the positive side, the security staff were helpful with valet parking.

I recently stayed at hotel blooms and had a mostly positive experience. The rooms were clean and equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen tv, a mini-fridge, and a work desk. Safety features, including secure key card access and well-lit corridors, were well implemented. Hygiene standards were high, with daily housekeeping ensuring the rooms and bathrooms remained fresh. However, there was a noticeable issue with the warm water supply, which was inconsistent and sometimes unavailable. The hotel’s dining options were quite good, offering a varied menu and a breakfast buffet with a range of fresh choices. The food quality was generally satisfying, if not outstanding. The staff were friendly and professional, providing responsive service throughout my stay. Despite the inconvenience with the warm water, hotel blooms offered a comfortable and pleasant stay overall, with good service and a clean environment.

For a lovely business travel and stay the blooms is the best option. Such affordable rates with great rooms. Good service and room dining top notch. They are every penny worth the money.
