Wonderful hotel, very quiet in the evening, the rooms are new, large, modern! There are always free sun loungers by the pool, opposite is a small water park, visits are free, had a great time! Within walking distance is 7/11 and a pharmacy, cafes and shops with all sorts of things! The beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back)

At check-in there is a Romanian man who knows everything better and is not at all hospitable and very arrogant. You would expect the opposite at a 4 star resort. In reality this resort is more worth 3 stars. There is a nice water park at the resort but you have to be at least 120 cm tall. The beach is nice. There are few good places to eat nearby so you eat at the restaurant on site, which is ok. The breakfast buffet is disappointing compared to other 4 star resorts, all the bread is inedible and they throw a lot of pepper over all the hot dishes and the lady at the live egg station can't do anything about it. The houses are very outdated and much too expensive in comparison.

The hotel is in a great location, probably the closest to the sea in Koh Chang. You must stay in a villa by the sea! The other rooms are average.
The service was terrible. I waited an hour for a toothbrush...

We had a rest on 31.01.25 and were very pleased. On the territory of the hotel there are pool villas and houses of 2 types. We chose as in the photo. New modern houses, clean, access to the sea immediately. The food is quite tasty and varied. The sea is clean, the beach is fine sand, the entrance is gentle, fine sand. We will definitely come back again!
