The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern and traditional styles seamlessly into the landscape. Our villa was pleasant with a unique circular layout, though the view was underwhelming. While the compact grounds are well-organized around the pool, the beach restaurant disappoints: the menu is overpriced with limited variety and average quality. A visually appealing property with a solid layout, but the dining experience falls short.

The hotel is okay... But the service of the security personnel is not approachable, not helpful, and so lame... They look at us like our bags are so light and they just stand there like dogs playing around each other... The toilet room doesn't have a door, what kind of design was that... The beach doesn't have anything to do with a blueprint for a photo shoot, compared to the hotel next to it.. but still good to take photos in some parts of the hotel. The reception staff are kind and help us choose and prepare our room . Overall just okay. For a 4 star hotel... But service is not satisfactory.

Really swanky hotel. Great location away from the loud bars. Motorbike and tours can be arranged through the hotel. Great pool and beach amenities. Worth the price!

We stayed at The Dewa Koh Chang hotel for a special holiday, firstly to be honest our experiense didn't start perfectly. However, what happened next completely transformed our holiday and the sincere reason for this 5-star review! The staff at this hotel are nothing short of exceptional! Their of client-oriented service didn't just fix the issues - it exceeded all our expectations. The room, breakfast buffet, massage, pool area, evening shows - everything was perfect! And of course people that make this place special! Thank you so much and hope to stay here again!

It was really impressive to stay at this hotel, the rooms were really comfortable, and the beach really gave me beautiful memories.Especially to all the staff, the receiption department is really friendly, very helpful with everything we need.Thank you to the reception staff who always smile.The breakfast menu is also very varied.Thank you THE DEWA for your service.

Very impressive with this beachfront hotel! Have a stunning sunset view on the beach and the staff are very helpful!!! Highly recommend and will come back again!

It was an amazing experience! Hotel have a great restaurant with delicious food and with perfect location by the sea , so everyone can enjoy beautiful view . You can either rest at the beach or at the pool , both have great view . And btw at the pool also have mini bar with delicious cocktails 🍸 I went to do massage and this was WOW! 🤩 cooling aloe effect was perfect for my burned skin , and atmosphere in the room was so relaxed . The room was something special, have personal big bath 🛁 there . Definitely wanna return to this hotel .

Maybe we gotten the last room of the resort. It was not a pleasant smell upon checked in. The room has a musty smell as i supposed majority of its funiture are wood and with the pool and sea nearby. Informed the staff and they immediately went to get fragrance spray for it. Welldone. The ensuite bathtub dont look 100% clean that one would one to jump straight to it for a dip😂. Overall, i expected better but it was still generally a pleasant stay. (Guess some renovations needs to be done🙊)

The hotel faces west towards the sea, and the beach is very quiet, offering beautiful sunsets. No need to rush for a sunrise here! The pool is really nice, and they have a 'buy one, get one free' happy hour for drinks at specific times.
