Make sure you have transportation to get to this place as it will cost and arm and a leg to get there and back to the other side of the island as it’s in a very isolated location. Customer service- not great.

The hotel front desk reception is not friendly. Check out before 11:00 without negotiation. The room is OK, the breakfast is simple, the bathroom and bathing floor are very slippery, there are no anti-slip measures and anti-slip mats, and I accidentally slipped in the bathroom while bathing at night, which caused serious joint injuries. I couldn't find any service staff at all, and no one answered the phone. I had to drive more than 20 kilometers to the city pharmacy to buy medicine and deal with it myself...
