A shame! We arrived at the Suanya hotel to spend a few days in peace and in an idyllic setting. Unfortunately this was not the case... Upon discovering the setting we were enchanted, this enchantment very quickly transformed into disappointment then anger. In fact, the room that was offered to us turned out to be unsanitary! It is not located in the hotel complex but outside in a building that makes you not want to enter! No windows, a “balcony” overlooking the sewers! The bathroom was the worst part of this “room” presence of dirt, mold and rust on the door and taps! The ventilation overlooking the sewers waves of foul odor permeated the room, moreover the presence of holes gave plenty of time for various insects to invade our “room”. The bed did not have a blanket, we asked for one and we were given a blanket and a towel… We asked the staff to change rooms but the only response we got was “it’s full! ". The staff had no consideration for our well-being, unfriendly in all circumstances. So we left the hotel early to find better and at similar prices! To flee!

Really pleasant setting of the place, unfortunately the only positive point... Room without soul (white walls, little or no furniture, no windows, only view of a sewer area), dilapidated bathroom (rust on the handles of the door, basic equipment, very dirty general appearance...), and not even a sheet on arrival, having to go and ask for some. Our feelings completely change when we enter the bedroom door. The reception is also deplorable. We left the hotel earlier than planned. Don't be fooled by the photos, maybe the more expensive accommodations are better, but for us the stay is not worth the price at all. TO AVOID!!!!!!
