I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and services, but on the last night when I went back and walked in, I saw a big rat eating the fruit we bought. I was disgusted. Fortunately, I found it on the last day. If I had found it on the first day, I probably wouldn't have been able to stay. It was too traumatic.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location, facilities, and services were all top-notch. We were already amazed when we were introduced to the "Chapter" or the Villa area of the hotel. Words could not describe our excitement when we entered the Secret Pool Villa. It was definitely a mesmerizing experience. I always liked to try new hotels but this may be the first hotel that I would return again in the future.
PS: Thank you to the front desk staffs on 11/02/24 who helped to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife. She loved the roses very much.
