The staff are very good. The rooms are cute, the view is good, the food is delicious. The accommodation is suitable for people who want to be alone and quiet. Far from people and things, very quiet.
50 minutes far from the airport. The mattress is a bit itchy. There are mosquitoes in the room. Overall, it's actually considered satisfied. There are many dogs to play with.

If you looking for calm, low key, out of the touristic areas and for decent price, that hotel is for you! We felt really welcomed all our stay, the couple that manage this small family resort is really doing all they can to makes you feel at home! They are so friendly! One night the lady even brought us to eat with her outside, as the kitchen was already closed. Amazing pool, we had fun! Quiet to work in the morning. Food was good. Beach is quiet, better to swim in the morning in high tide. Free kayaks can be borrowed. Nice for sunset views! Room were large, a little outdated bathroom but worked fine.

Great stay in a more rural, laid back part of Koh Samui. We personally don't like the touristy strips that are evident in parts of the island, you know, lined with shops doing massage, tattoo, bar, generic Thai/western restaurant repeat. Hired a scooter and did some lovely exploring. Good swim/SUP spot too ( I enjoy long distance swims), awesome spots for sundowners and some nice local restaurants in the area. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities I needed (kettle, A/C, safe, nice shower). I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel but it seemed busy enough and it is a lovely location, right on the beach

An overall good stay, but not so comfortable in the small things. The beach is nice, as is the garden, the turtles and the dogs :)
The room is a bit dark in the evening, everything feels a bit worn, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged.

The accommodation is clean, quiet, the a**osphere is very good. People are not busy. But it may be far from shops and markets, but it's not a problem. You can order from 7-11 for delivery. The accommodation has a restaurant for service.

Great hotel by the sea. Clean and well-groomed area, comfortable swimming pool. Adorable doggies.
At night there was a smell of paint, and they didn’t understand where it came from. Not very comfortable pillows.

The owner and the staffs were really nice. Checked in was easy, they let us check in early. You can book ride with the to the airport.The property has great potential but it was very out dated. We paid for almost $200 a night. I don't think its worth it.

We came here to recuperate post surgery. The host was very good letting us check in late, but the room was dirty. The sheets and pillow cases were ripped. The room was dirty, to the point that we left early the next morning. The room was tired and needed a good clean. Really disappointing.

Perfect. I spent a few days in 2019 and I found this friendly and family a**osphere in an idyllic setting far from the mass tourism found in the north of the island. Super, spacious bungalow which overlooks the sea… relaxing…
