Everything was pitch perfect and I was impressed with the theme of healthy and delicious food all over the day. It has quadrupled my trip pleasure.
One suggestion- the pout of wash basin in bathroom should be slight more long for the user comfort

This is a super little resort. It strikes just the right balance. It offers a tranquil setting, great yoga, nice accommodation, a wonderful spa and really nutritious healthy food. The staff are nothing short of fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Just a few little things could be improved upon - the rule that there must be a minimum of two people signed up in advance for extra curricula activities to take place is frustrating. Also the ceiling fan in the room is too fast and you cannot control the speed. This would be a nice alternative to the somewhat noisy air conditioning. But overall lovely retreat and I will be back.

I really really want to write here that you should not go to absolute sanctuary, because I really, REALLY want to keep this place to myself. Whenever I go there I am a Zombie. And when I leave, I am again a human beeing. Thanks to the absolute staff. You are simply the best

I want to extend my gratitude for all your profesional staff at Absolute Santuary Resort, I was a guest to attend the 2024 Self-Love Retreat on the island of Koh Samui. I have no words to fully express how much I learned. What I experienced during the retreat is invaluable, beyond measure, your resort is very peaceful, clean and the food menu so delicious, I will come again to another retreat with Allen Lottman and I will enjoy the place again. With out forgetting the other services and the Yoga class with Essy.

Absolute Sanctuary is absolutely amazing! I chose the 5-day Yoga holiday, and from start to finish, it was fantastic. The programme was organised and booked in advance, so we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, amd the food was delicious! The hotel never felt crowded or full, so we were able to relax and unwind. The hotel also offered shuttle services to different areas on Samui, so we were also able to see the island. In particular, I'd like to mention the following staff who made my stay extra special: Lisa, Alis, Joy, Bank, Netty, Wi, Eye, Kung, Golf, Pookie, Hong, Bee and Jana. I'll definitely be returning!

I’ve just completed 5 day yoga retreat holiday and have to say I’ve loved every minute. The programme was all booked and very thoughtfully prepared on arrival. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly- always happy to help ( Lisa, Nee, Alis- thank you so much!) Spa treatments were superb, especially Mo- I’ve loved all my massages. Restaurant has a wide variety of delicious dishes and the staff are very helpful. Natty, Wi, Joy, Bank, Eye - thank you so much for looking after us. Yoga and Pilates sessions were great quality, I feel I’ve improved so much. I can’t wait to be back again next year!

Went for the pilates and wellness retreat for 5d4n. It was a great experience. Room is nice and cosy. Love the heated pool and quiet environment. The programme was well- planned. Pilates instructor Kevin is very good - one of the best I’ve had. Resort manager Jee is also very helpful and friendly. There are also shuttle buses to bring you out of the resort if you are bored. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable retreat if you just want to detox/reset your mind and body 👍🏻

First time to a pilates wellness retreat and it was a very enjoyable experience. We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered the resort. The atmosphere and vibe of the whole resort was really designed to be relaxing. Many facilities and we even get to enjoy complimentary meditation and yoga classes (which were not part of our prearranged schedule). Our host Jee was very helpful and very accomodating to changes in our class schedule. Pilates instructor Kevin was very good in his teaching sessions, tough class but had an enjoyable time. Meals provided were not only nutritious but tasted good as well. Variety of massages to choose from as well. Overall a very pleasant stay and will recommend to anyone who not only wants tobwork out but relax at the same time.
