Solid hotel but old. The staff is very nice and took care of some issues very quickly.

In 2020 this would have been a 4 star hotel, today it's tired and over priced. We changed our first room as the mold spores in the air had been masked by perfume. The second room much better as it had a sunnier location. It has everything you expect , however if freshly decorated and updated would merit it's status. The breakfast was poor quality and the bar and food prices too high.

Very authentic, peaceful and well located. Only negative comment was the behaviour of the Germans who were staying there. Very rude as they are known for; hogging the sunbeds all day. Most were unoccupied but “kept” with their towels for when they returned from day trips in the late afternoon

The room is built in a very uncomfortable way, the bed is on the second floor and it's a mattress on the floor, to mention the excellent pool and the beautiful beach.

A very nice location and very nice staff..The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and so is the small private beach The property is very run down. The mattress was old and stained. There is no night stand. The biggest problem for me was that there was so many stairs and no balcony or anything attractive to see if you just wanted to sit outside your room.The price is very good if you plan on leaving the hotel quite a bit.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, and plenty of places to lounge or chill out under fans on bean bags.

The hotel is in a good location and very convenient. The breakfast is rich and the waiter is very warm and thoughtful. We were upgraded to a new room. The beach is clean and swimming is very comfortable. The hotel has a high-quality design and good photo effects.

A cozy small hotel, with a tiny but very green area and pleasant, unobtrusive service. Located in the southern part of Chaweng, it is quite quiet and uncrowded. Overall I liked the room (villa with a jacuzzi) except for some things: there was nowhere to put things, there was simply no closet, and a strange air conditioner - very noisy and difficult to adjust, it blew on the bed all the time. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast, I can note, is somewhat meager for a hotel of this level, but everything is delicious. There are several restaurants and massage parlours on the street nearby, there is a bike rental right opposite, 7-11 to the right in a couple of minutes walk (by the way, they were not found further down the road). Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff! Transfer to the airport was ordered for 400.

We really liked the hotel, the service was amazing - they congratulated us on our honeymoon and surrounded us with care:) The location on Chaweng is super, there are very few people around, since the main hotels are far away. Lovely pool. Breakfast is simple but tasty. We took a two-story room - there were no questions. This is not 5 stars, but in terms of price-quality ratio a solid 5 points. The only thing, since the hotel is small and all the rooms are nearby, the audibility may bother someone.

I really liked the hotel. Not big, cozy. Beautiful well-groomed green area, flowering trees, birds singing at dawn. It is located by the sea, next to the beach there is a spreading tree that provides dense shade during the day; you can spend the whole day on the beach under it. The beach is clean with white sand, the sea is beautiful, transparent, very warm, with a gentle slope, excellent for families with small children. There is a warm pool with a paddling pool for children. Beach towels are always available by the pool. There are gazebos on the territory, under each of them there is a mini pond with fish. Sun loungers are available on the beach and at the pool area. There were few people, there was enough space for everyone. There is a pool bar, you could also order food, but the prices are higher than in street cafes, especially for cocktails. The room we were given was on the first floor, large and comfortable. Cleaning daily, towels changed every day, bed linen once every 10 days. The area is quite remote from the main entertainment infrastructure, but for a good rest there is everything within walking distance: shops with clothes, souvenirs, inflatable products for the beach, cafes, travel agencies, a couple of fruit stands, 7/11, massage parlors, laundries. But there is no road noise, noise from discos and entertainment. There are few tourists, both on the beach and on the street. A great place for a relaxed family vacation! The hotel staff is polite and always ready to help with any questions. You can order a transfer from the airport and back. The transfer to the hotel cost 500 baht (ordered by email), from the hotel to the airport 400 baht (ordered not at the reception). Of the minuses: noisy and dripping air conditioner in the room, the refrigerator is weak, also leaking, there are no toothbrushes, consumables were not updated until you asked (soap, cotton swabs, shower gel, fumigator plates), there is a lot of chlorine in the pool. Monotonous breakfasts. By location: not a favorable rate at currency exchange offices, even at Bangkok airport the rate is better.

The hotel is simply wonderful, it seems to be full, but everyone is spread out so well that you can’t hear anyone. There is always a place at the pool, the first line with access to the beach, the sea is beautiful, the water is clean and transparent, at first it is shallow, but it is not difficult to take 10-15 steps and a gradual depth begins. Breakfast is good, large selection, there is a coffee machine. Vacationed April-May 2024.

Good hotel with good rooms. A bit old, but the facilities, service and breakfast are absolutely fine. You can use the pool and sea without any problems. Only the wind caused a few waves, so you might be better off on the other side of the island if you're not a good swimmer. But it has nothing to do with the hotel, we were very happy with it.
