The hotel is very well located, in the center of all entertainment, there are many cafes nearby. The beach is good, deep enough for swimming (low tides are not noticeable), the beach is cleaned, there are sun loungers from the hotel. (Of course, the mattresses on the sun loungers should be changed). We took a deluxe room, the room is clean, they clean every day, change the bed linen, towels. The hotel territory is well-kept, the hotel staff cleans up every morning.

We stayed in a bungalow - I don't recommend it, people are constantly walking past, it's like a walk-through yard, no privacy.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, there is a swimming pool, the rooms themselves are standard, modest, very-very hard beds and not enough extra pillows, the air conditioner blows strongly on the bed. Towels for the beach are only given if you ask.
The sun loungers on the beach are very old - the mattresses are cracked.
The service on Samui is now completely different from what it was a few years ago - the staff are sullen, indifferent and exhausted.

A very cozy hotel right on the picturesque Lamai beach. We lived in a room on the 2nd floor. There are also bungalows.
Pros: cleaned every day; very welcoming and friendly staff; the room has everything you need (water, soap, instant coffee); safe; There are free sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for guests.
Cons: the renovation is old, the towels are very washed out, although they are changed every day, the TV is old, who watches it.

Отель очень испортился. Был год назад в нем. Постельное белье не меняют больше 10 дней. Гели для душа не приносят новые. Нужно идти просить каждый раз. Воду могут не поставить. Нужно идти просить. Очень плохо убирают. Почти совсем не убирают. Полотенца грязные, рваные. А самое плохое это то что уже второй день идёт ремонт двух бунгало. Шум неимоверный от перфораторов и молотков. Весь день. Невозможно находиться не в номере, ни на пляже, ни у бассейна. На мой вопрос снизить цену ща проживание, т.к. не предупредили о ремонте, предложили комнату в отеле, чтобы я мог спать днем))) В общем клиентоориентированности ноль. Не советую этоль отель. Отдых испорчен полностью.
