部屋がとても広くベッドも快適でした。
アメニティとして水も２本あり助かります。
移動は歩いて１０分弱でCSMT駅に到着します。
現在改装中なのかフロントの位置が分かりづらいです（案内してくれるので問題はないが）。

The location is great, just 5-10 minutes walk from CSMT, and the road in front of the hotel is covered, so it was very easy to use even during the monsoon months of June to August. Some of the facilities are old, but it seems to be well-cleaned. I wish they would expand the breakfast selection a bit more. *The photo shows the hotel breakfast (I wanted to drink chai or something in the morning). The staff were very friendly and I was able to stay comfortably until the end. They also kept my luggage in the back room and checked the exchange slip, so I felt at ease leaving it there.

room was normal, breakfast is not as good as the tariff have taken, lack of cleaning in hotel,
tariff should be decrease, because hotel is not of that standard as they are charging amount.. 😊

rating: 0/5 disappointing experience while the hotel's images appear appealing, our actual stay was subpar. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for female travelers. Key issues: 1. Accommodation: 0/5 (rooms didn't meet expectations)
2. Service: 0/5 (staff unhelpful and unresponsive)
3. Food service & hygiene: -5/5 (unacceptable standards) concerns: - staff behavior was unprofessional and solely focused on extracting money. - significant discrepancy between advertised images and current state. Advice: avoid this hotel due to its poor conditions and service. Female travelers, be cautious.

The whole building is under construction. You need to read the signs on the road to figure out the way to hotel. It’s a very old hotel and located in slums. Security is a concern for sure with family and alone. Hotel reception is on 4th floor. It needs a major revamp for sure.
