The hotel is good. I travel-led with my mother, who is a senior citizen. The hotel front office gave me a very good room and entertained all our requests. I especially want to thank the chef and restaurant, coz they made great food based on our needs. My mother had an eye operation at kolkata and the food needed to be customised. The chef at the hotel made all the arrangements as necessary. Thanks a lot for the same. The hotel also had a well secured parking for which we can keep our vehicle at the hotel. In total it was a very good experience. I do not know who is the owner of the hotel, but i feel he or she has maintained the hotel in a good way. Thank you once again.

The staff were really friendly, service was good, food was good, cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. As a party freak l really liked the privacy, it was really nice spending my time with my friends at gallery 67. Thank you. Thank you

Best luxe option given the price range

room decor, cleanliness and space was on mark room dining service is a must try location is good for a good stay nearby salt lake area

This is by far one of the worst hotels in Kolkata. I explain below - 1) The front desk/reception people are very unprofessional. They delay giving you rooms by hours despite a check in time of noon. No courtesy of even offering water or a seat and are desperate for your IDs and photos. Needs massive improvement. 2) Despite being located in ultatanga, this hotel is right on the main road leading to constant traffic noise throughout the day. The hotel doesn't have adequate parking for vehicles. 3) The breakfast is by far the worst attribute of the hotel. The food seems old and the juice and tea are watered down. The worst is the service especially by Subroto who basically just stands laughing with his other friends. I strongly advise customers against taking breakfast with your stay. 4) The rooms are overall small, stuffy and the bathroom barely has space for one peeps to turn. I understand it offers cheap accommodation but service and customer satisfaction are non existent. Had a nightmare experience!

It was a really pleasant stay of 2 days in this hotel. Everything from the reception to the room service was properly managed. The rooms were clean and the amenities were good. Location is also perfect. Hope to visit again.
