From check-in to check-out, my experience was exceptional! The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. Please don’t stay at this place. It is disgusting. For the price you pay you can live even on the street with a better condition. The rooms have black fungus(mold) growing out of the ceilings with the water dripping directly onto the bed. There was also water leakage from the A/C which was making noise the whole night. When notified to the staff they just said it’s how it is and didn’t bother. We booked two rooms for 5 days but left after the first day since the staff didn’t bother to help us. Money hungry owners who refuse to talk to you during the checkout process so they can avoid refunding the money. Please don’t book here, an OYO or any other room in a lodge would have better standards. Pretty sure the reviews here about the place are fake as well are the photos. It doesn’t look clean like it shows

I stayed with my family during Durga pujo. The stay was very nice and memorable. I am very thankful to the staff and owners of the hotel for taking care of all our requests although the hotel was full. The location is very convenient as all kinds of transport is available from the hotel. This hotel is a must stay when visiting South Kolkata for leisure or work. The wifi works very well.
