Our first holiday abroad of the year so really looking forward to it as had to save throughout the year so hi hopes for a good hotel and amenities plus food. Arrived early hours of the morning and met a chap on reception and paid hotel tax straight away. It looked as if the hotel was deserted but it was early hours but I did request somewhere to get a drink as we’d been travelling a long time but unfortunately there wasn’t anywhere but told there was a bottle of water in our room. We got driven in the security van to our room and as it was late we dumped our cases in and got in bed. The first morning was bright so we unpacked and checked our room out. Basic, dated & to be honest not that nice but it was a cheaper price so didn’t expect luxury. Went for breakfast and they were cooking pancakes so my kids were happy. Ventured down to the pool by the pirate ship and got some sun beds, slightly broken but usable. Visited the only pool bar open and the lady was very pleasant and looked after us the entire holiday. The pool area very mucky where drinks had been spilt the previous day I’m assuming and not cleaned up. Ventured to the pool away from the other pools that had sliders but only 2 of the 6 open I think but all the facilities were dusty, dirty and closed up so not a nice place to sit because it was a long walk to get drinks and take back there. Gyros being served by the larger pool and although the guy was quite rude they were quite tasty. This was the only time this serving area would be open 25/10/24. The food on the evenings weren’t very nice and we really struggled with our children so after the second night we got a taxi to Kos town and ate out which we did 5 out of the 7 nights so obviously with the taxi there and back plus food got costly but the children needed proper food. The general cleanliness of the toilets were ok but the poolside toilets on occasions we’re disgusting faeces everywhere, no toilet paper & no soap🤮 Drinks being served were ok but all served in cheap plastic throw away cups that blew everywhere around the pool side as there wasn’t any staff to clean up. The bar on the evening was a large round shape but as only 2 staff serving from one end the queues got quite long from time to time but again friendly staff. All in all not the best holiday & I wouldn’t recommend especially near the end of any season as they simply don’t care about guests experience. There was a bar opposite the hotel entrance that looks scruffy but great food and drinks so worth a visit to get away from the hotel for a bit.

This was a pretty good experience but mixed. The hotel build itself is very creative and it literally feels like you're in a neighbourhood and not a hotel which is really cool. We went during half term holidays in the UK and in the middle of our stay, it was end of season which made them close most of the slides and 2 big bars which kind of sucks considering we weren't told this was going to happen at all. I will say the restaurant food was nice and good choice for food. There is a private beach (rocky) leading from the hotel which is great however all the sun beds had already been taken away. Rooms were alright, but water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, many times it was practically cold which was quite weird. Overall, some things here and there but a nice hotel and location!

totally recommend this hotel i’ve been here in end of september/ beginning of october with my friends and we really enjoyed staying there we’ve been 12 days and this is perfect amount of days resort is really big but you have there everything a lot of pools and bars, all inclusive is till midnight you have shop inside hotel and two close to hotel food is okay, rooms depends on which side, we had really nice rooms but still the best part was animation team, people fr animation work hard and you can see that you have lots of activities during the day and evening shows we totally enjoyed both shows were amazing, especially dancing shows, live music and quizzes we’ve became friends with Oli, Zuza and Tiago, still in touch with them i would really recommend this hotel, don’t even think about that.. just book that!!

The room was filthy, blood stained bedding and mattress was urgh!!, broken tiles in bathroom, mould in bathroom, old and needs refurbishment. food made so many ill, stag night style entertainment. I complained several times to F&B manager and reception, especially when I had food poisoning but they lied to Love Holidays; pretending to have no knowledge. This is not a 4* luxury hotel and it is misleading to say it is. I would never travel again with a holiday company who mislead clients.

Words cannot describe how I feel about this hotel , the staff were rude the rooms never cleaned and they were closing the hotel around us , very disappointing. Only 1 bar open at any one time so the queues were horrendous all the guests were complaining which left the atmosphere horrible. No back ground music inside The ceiling was falling down in the games room downstairs . No lights on walk ways or steps when dark , not sure how it calls itself a 4star more like a2star . Jet2 should be ashamed to send their guests there especially when they have paid good money for a holiday and sadly only got half a holiday . Avoid this hotel.

I have just returned from a week at Kipriotis Village, I was one of the last guests to leave before they closed down for winter. When we arrived a week ago, it wasn't bad at all. I loved the pools and there was still a pretty good selection of food at the restaurants. But every single day it was getting more limited and deteriorating. They run out of hot chocolate and coke, the food looked like we were being fed leftovers. There was just water pouring from some taps, no labels what it was. All drinks tasted really bizarre, a strong aftertaste of salt and sweetener. Plus the cleaniness of glasses and plates was shocking. Everything was getting more neglected and dirtier. The staff were clearly more focused on closing down and packing things away than looking after their paying guests. At some point I started taking pictures as this was just too much to just accept and enjoy my holiday. My room was cleaned once during the week and then I had one extra towel added on another day. It took 24 hours to have shower gel refilled after I asked for it in the reception after 3 days of no housekeeping. My both children got some kind of food poisoning, my son was actually sick just outside the restaurant. Again, I told reception which food he had exactly as it had a very rapid effect, but they were not too interested. Apart from one lady at the pool bar and two young receptionists, no one even bothered to smile. The pools were beautiful, but had some potentially dangerous faults such as light seal coming off inside the pool, the ladder not attached properly, filters uncovered, potentially life threatening. The lifeguard was seen swimming in one of the pools, but was not bothered with the filter cover missing at the bottom of the pool. The other lifeguard was just staring at the guests putting the chair above the missing plastic cover part at another pool to protect children from getting their feet trapped. I wrote a very long email to Jet2, just to let them know how shockingly bad things became. For some unknown reason a bottle of wine was left in my room on the last day, no note, I left it there. There were many great points to the hotel (I mean three attractive looking pools). Probably if I went a week before, I would turn a blind eye at some faults and enjoy it more as probably a wider selection of everything would have been offered. For us, there was no lovely pool food (someone mentioned kebabs?), just some self service hot dogs (you had to heat them up yourself on a dirty panini press, no tools provided, so if you burn yourself trying to unstick it, bad luck). The panini press was made stable by a scrunched paper napkin. The floor around the pools and bar area were never cleaned, so became disgustingly sticky from some spilled drinks. I also kept on watching same ball of hair just outside our room for a week, it was there when we arrived, will likely spend the winter undisturbed. What I can definitely recommend is the Hot Bikes car and bike renta

The food I imagine would have been better when everything was open as it was the end of season we were left with very little choice which upset guests, rooms were basic, but who wants to be in their room the whole time? There moan over...now for the positives There's so much to do here. With beautiful pools, activities for all. The animation team spreading positive vibes and bringing a feeling of connectivity and togetherness. You can join in with aqua aerobics, zumba, stretches and water polo to name a few. Plus daily beer pong, darts, with more oozo than you can drink lol. Entertainment is lively and fun for all. The surroundings were beautiful kos is a wonderful place. The resort was well maintained and staff try hard to accommodate Thank you for such a wonderful holiday. It's been the best holiday we have ever had, it's helped us reconnect as a family and it's all because of you, animation team and the wonderful staff at the resort Rachel , Just kos xxxx

Her turist havlusınu bırakıp yer kapmakla mesgul. Eğlence sıfır çocuklara özgü animasyon yetersiz.
