真的有點遠，每天跟朋友都要多花費大約60馬在交通上，但環境真的很漂亮，很休閒。海邊很漂亮，可惜就是工作人員不推薦我們下海，說是有水母。
缺點是房間蠻多設施是「小壞」，不嚴重但就是惱人，例如蓮蓬頭不能用，只能用花灑洗澡，或是浴缸突然沒熱水，還有就是住了幾天後插座都沒電，維修後只剩客廳有電房間沒電。

We stayed at spa suites (2 rooms) for a night, spacious room with sea view. Breakfast was included in our stay, not much choices but still very good 👍Overall we enjoyed our stay here at Borneo Beach Villas

For the money, it's a normal place to stay. Beautiful sunsets, a large room. There's even a hammam option in the Spa room.
Breakfast is delicious and there are European options.
The beach is beautiful, the waves are always there. There are no shops or cafes nearby, food is delivered with Grab. It's about 30 minutes by taxi from Jesselton Pier.
The hotel itself is a bit empty, but for those who like to retire with a book on the beach, it's the best.
There are no sun loungers, unfortunately. There is a pool, it's ok.

We visited for a family trip, and while the location is beautiful and conveniently situated, the cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we found a large cockroach and some leftover snacks under the bed. Additionally, the outdoor bathroom's shower head wasn’t functioning properly, as the water temperature couldn’t be adjusted to warm or cold.The management should address the air conditioning in the living room—you probably know what I mean! I didn’t want to leave an average review, especially because the staff who checked me in were very friendly. However, when we checked out, the service was slow. The staff didn’t take the initiative to check on the status of our deposit, leaving us waiting while housekeeping inspected the room. To make things worse, two guests who came after us received their deposit back before we did, which was frustrating. I think this can be avoid if the staff were trained better. :)
