It's a bit far from the beach, about 10 minutes walk. The water level is quite high in the afternoon, and the waves are big. It's no problem to sunbathe, surf and play in the water in the morning. The angle of watching the sunset in the evening is better than that of the neighboring Jialan Brunei Resort, but the waves there can last longer and the speed of the waves is slower.
Eating is really a big problem. The delivery fee of grab takeaway is the same as the price of a meal. The food in the restaurant is only delicious when you are hungry. Go to the resort next to eat, and walk back if you don't walk on the beach or the road, it takes more than 40 minutes.

Amazing views!!
They try to clean but it could be better.
Amenities need to be upgraded. Everything is old.
But the views are just magical.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
There’s no WiFi. - I hope they can improve on this too.

Don't choose this place. The bath towels smelled bad. After drinking the water, they didn't refill it after cleaning the room. The beach in the picture is basically invisible because it is in the sea. The location is quite remote. There is nothing outside except the villa area. Anyway, it is not recommended for bringing children.

Very happy with the hotel and the area. The only problem is we cant play in the beach. No sand that was exposed to us. Otherwise very happy and their breakfast service was good.

The pipe in the kitchen sink was loose. The bathroom in the room, was clogged caused water stagnates/flood on the floor. Whatsapp the counter and asked twice for the spray because the living room was smelly. The balcony was also dirty.

I booked 1 bedroom sea view spa suite apartment. It was located on the 5 floors. I brought one toodler, how scary it is. But worry not, the balcony got grill and sliding door glass.
Very comfortable, and foods is good. Eventho pricey. The is basic kitchen utensil, can cook.
