Comfortable hotel and clean rooms. Many facilities such as close to supermarkets and UMS. But the parking provided is not enough. The hotel needs to add more parking for the convenience of customers.

Stay here for 2 nights. What I like about this area is around here also have mall just beside this hotel. Unfortunately, it’s too far from KK. What make us sad was there are no specific parking area. First come first serve basis. 4 star hotel seriously this kind of service?
I really enjoy the variety of their breakfast buffet. But quite surprise for ayam masak kicap for breakfast. Like woww this is new for me. Nasib sedap.

It's a great place generally, but if you drive to this place, do take note it will be frustrating. It took me almost 2 hour driving around to find a parking spot. They did mention first come first serve basis, but non-guest also took most of ten spots that they have for actual guess that drive their own. Pool cleanliness can be improved.
