OK, nice and clean room, nice for rest a while, and it in mall so just out if look for food or shopping.

Supposed to check in on 2pm-2am but when i got there on 3pm, they said the room is still in cleaning progress. The price is good. The place is also strategic because it is in the mall.

Room was okay for short stay, doesn't have kettle if u wanna grab for hot drink, but they've cafe at 1st floor i guess(i forgot). This hotel is inside shopping mall.

The linen and comforter maybe a little bit old..no jug heater at the room. No internet connection. Also no parking free. Overall is okay..

Everything's good. The staff friendly. A lil bit pricey for one night for a small room with twin bed. The room was so clean, even the toilet too. A lil bit disappointed cuz it doesn't have enough space to lay a prayer mat. Still it's fine. The breakfast was good too. Overall everything, was good. Just to make sure to choose a room suitable according to the price. Well, i still recommend this hotel 😊😊 since it's located besides the shopping complex.

Front office customer service is excellent. Make my stay pleasant and enjoyable.

langsung tiada aminities , lantai kotor, air aircond entah dari mana , wasting my 30 mins to check-in cause your housekeeping staff lambat buat kerja, smoke detector berkelip? why advise : please provide basic amenities atleast . even oyo ada water heater kettle dlm bilik ya . saya terpaksa checkout awal pagi terus booking klagan regency

came here for site reckie, spent much time at the sites. Hotel room overall is ok and acceptable, clean and comfort for stay
