langsung tiada aminities , lantai kotor, air aircond entah dari mana , wasting my 30 mins to check-in cause your housekeeping staff lambat buat kerja, smoke detector berkelip? why
advise : please provide basic amenities atleast . even oyo ada water heater kettle dlm bilik ya . saya terpaksa checkout awal pagi terus booking klagan regency

The staffs were nice, but the room condition was horrible. I had to book another hotel and move out because it wasn’t in a “stayable” condition. Towels were not changed and there were so many stains on the wall. The air wasn’t circulating well.

the location is a bit far away from the Kota Kinabalu main city. but the hotel room is near and tidy, a good stay as a whole.

Room nice if stay for a short term but parking is difficult because don't have sepecific place to park the car..overall ok

The room was clean. But the aircond was a little noisy. So at night we only use fan. The location is very strategic. It is near the mall. Can direct to the mall.thank you for the good service.

The room is small, very limited space to open your luggage. However it is just nice and enough if you’re on a budget trip. Check in process was quite fast and smooth. Hotel connected to mall. Easy to shop and find food.
