Room is clean.
But the pillows are extremely high, that makes it very uncomfortable to have a good sleep.
My the other two friends have a similar feedback.
Aircond has a bit of sound when the fan is rotating.

From the moment I arrived at Monocollo I knew I was in for a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was immaculate, with tasteful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep every night.
The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options.
Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect.
