The real room look completely different from the photo posted by the hotel. It’s very misleading and not honest at all. They need to work on the cleanliness of the walls, bathroom, beddings and other stuffs like towels.

The location is opposite the Roundabout. 3KM if going to UNIMAS. There are only two shops, FoodCourt Uncle Sao Kopitiam and Takeaways Burger shop.
The location is not strategic, but close to Unigarden in front of the UNIMAS entrance. The existing facilities in this hotel are basic facilities. Lots of parking available.
A hotel that has reasonable and cheap prices.
