Definitely an old town, but a lot of criticism. Weird restroom design, I can't turn around every time, I don't believe it after reading the reviews, it's really inconvenient, I will regret it if I try it! Don’t decide! All the service staff were unenthusiastic, and the breakfast was pitiful. It consisted of a glass of orange juice, a cup of tea, a recipe for eggs, a cold dish of cheese and ham, and 2 slices of bread! Chinese people absolutely can’t stand it, there are no vegetables and fruits! The three-star hotels nearby all have a breakfast buffet! There are no bathroom mats, no trash cans, and no free bottled water in the room. The price is 4🌟standard 1800 per night! No need to! In addition, the elevator was fast on the first day. After complaining, the elevator was fine but made loud noises and vibrations! There is a bar downstairs and it is noisy until 1 o'clock! The front desk didn't know anything about it. I didn't know how to get to the bus station! No training at all! Absolutely amazing! The bathroom products are expired. Who are we fooling? You thought the terrace restaurant was awesome, sorry! Not open! Don’t decide! We deserve better service and quality!

There is a bar downstairs that opens from 9 to 1, which made it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was good, but the night staff did not speak English.

In the ancient city, the location is very good. The car can only be parked outside the city, and it is a bit tiring to drag a big box, but fortunately it is not far away.

The room is ok, the inside of the ancient city can’t be compared with the outside of the city, but it’s really convenient, the service staff are pretty good, the facilities are average, but sufficient, if you want convenience and a leisurely stroll, you must live in the ancient city, it’s a different feeling!

When we checked in, the water heater was broken and there was no hot water. The hotel is in an ancient town, and the pub next to it is very noisy at night with many young people drinking and chatting. The room style is very retro, and the service attitude is okay

This classy-hip hotel is on everyone's list, and I had a ok experience here. The decoration of the hotel is tasteful, but not always thoughtful (for example, the reading light in the living room is not over anywhere you'd sit; the bedroom light switch is in the hallway, not anywhere you can reach from the bed; the sink has a faucet that is in your way when you try to wash your face). The bed is comfortable. The main issue for me is that the hotel (both room and common area) is very dark (likely every hotel in old town is the same, as buildings are an arm's length from each other), and there is no comfortable outdoor (or just well-lit) space where you can hang out. Yes, there is a rooftop, but that's a restaurant: you can't just hang out there without purchasing (which you cannot sign to the room). The main reason for the three (rather than 4/5) star is the day-time receptionist. She basically acted like she really wished she wouldn't be bothered by guests. Every time I passed by the reception, she was either not there or on her cell phone. The one time I asked her a question about buses to Perast, she was most impatient and pretty much rolled her eyes. When I left the hotel she made no pretense she was going to help with luggage or even open the door: she just sat with her bottom glued to her seat. She needs to get a non-customer-facing job. She had the worst attitude of anyone I had encountered in my six days in Montenegro.

As travelled to Kotor by bus from Dubrovnik I planned to get a taxi for taking our luggage to this Hotel but none of the taxis at the bus station would take us on this trip and said to walk. This was difficult with 3 suitcases but soon saw that there were no roads in the OLD Town for any motor vehicle. Passage ways about 2 m wide! Took about 30 min to find Hotel. Hotel noisy with music and talking to about 1 am each night. Dinner and breakfasts OK for the price. Room was AC but shower was strange - no shelf for soap, shampoo while holding shower head ! Staff indicated they would help with luggage back to bus station 2 days later but that did not happen. So not a pleasant memory of 2 days and nights at this Hotel.
