Otel çalışanı mert çok saygısız ve çok ofansif biri. Eşim ve ben profesyonel lisanslı turist rehberleriyiz, uzun süredir turizm sektörünün içindeyiz. OLDUKÇA KÖTÜ BİR DENEYİM YAŞADIK. Bookingde check in saatimizi 13.00-14.00 olarak belirtmemize rağmen otele geldiğimizde kimse yoktu, kapıdayken yağmur başlayınca wpdan aradık ve “5 dakikaya” yardımcı olunacağı söylendi, pastanede bekleyebilirsiniz dendi ama orası da doluydu, yağmur altında 40(!) dakika bekledik ve otel çalışanı geldiğinde bize trafik olduğunu yağmurdan dolayı gelemediğini çok ofansif olarak dile getirdi. Misafir giriş yapacağı belliyken hiç eleman bırakmamak -ki saati belirtmişiz- hiç profesyonel değil. Ayrıca Mert isimli arkadaş gelirken ıslanmıştı ve ***et sinirli bir şekilde bizimle yüksek sesle kavga etti. Ben de ıslandım napabilirim trafik vardı vs dediğinde “buranın yerlisi olmadığımızı, trafiği havayı onların bilmesini gerektiğini, check in vakti burada illa ki birisinin olması gerektiğini ya da bize önceden bilgi verilmesi gerektiğini, misafir olduğumuzu onun çalışan olduğunu” dile getirdiğimizde “Türkiye’deki müşteri/çalışan ilişkisinin burada olmadığını” söyledi. 15 senedir turizm içersindeyim turizm her yerde turizmdir, HİZMET sektörüdür, bir hizmet satın alırsın karşılığını beklersin, üç cümleyle gönlümüzü alacağına bizimle ağız dalışına girip kavga etmesi tüm tatilimizi mahvetti ki yıl dönümümüz için burayı tercih etmiştik. valizler ıslandı, biz ıslandık eşyalarımızı sererken bize bir şarap getirdi ama o kadar malum tavırdan sonra ne fayda. Şarap masanın üzerinde dokunmadık bile; başka misafirlere bu şekilde ikram etmek zorunda kalmazsınız umarım. • BANYO OLDUKÇA KÜÇÜK. Uzun boylu hafif kilolu biri kolay kolay duş alamaz. • Musluk yerinden oynuyordu. •Rezervasyon yaparken seçeneklerde balkonlu balkonsuz oda seçeneği olmamasına rağmen bize balkonsuz oda denk geldi. • Old townda illa ki eski tip binalarda asansör olması imkansız ama yazmakta fayda var 3.katta kaldık valizleri çıkarmak zor ve merdivenler dar. •hemen aşağı çaprazdaki bardan çok gürültü geliyor.

Fantastic location, large room with all facilities. Toilet shower kitchen sink and cupboards. Wardrobe and windows that shut out the sound. Highly recommended! Good patisserie in the ground floor with high quality tasty cakes and range of options.

The Apartments Wine House are in Old Town, Kotor, near the North Gate. The entry to the apartments is actually in the 6th narrowest street in Europe. The host Antonio was very good, he communicated well through *********** and was easy to deal with in person, he spoke excellent English. The room was very good, it was; clean, well presented, it had a fridge, aircon, sink, kettle, and a small kitchen. The bathroom was small and a little cramped. The location is near bars and restaurants, but I had no problems with noise in my room. Overall a great, well priced, place to stay in Kotor.

This house was built in the 12th Century as a wine and olive oil warehouse. Truly amazing to live with so much history around us. Fascinating. Located in Old Town Kotor, this is a really gorgeous little Hotel, with yet another close bathroom quarters, could prove interesting finding room for the knees once again on the loo 🤣 Kotor is bit of a cross between Dubrovnik and Venice, beautiful little alleyways with lots of marble walkways and eating plazas. Getting more than our fair share of Gelato in !!

Firstly, I need to say that Antonio such a sweet guy and makes you feel very welcomed. A great host! The apartment itself is beautiful, just a bit dark. But hey, you are in the middle of the old town with its narrow cobbled streets, which is also the beauty of Kotor. I didn't use the kitchenette, but it's useful to have in case you want to cook your own meal once or twice. The bathroom is small, but it was ok for me. I would definitely recommend this property.

The room is very well decorated and there’s even a small kitchen in it with a stove and a sink, besides the frigobar. Location is just perfect, in the very heart of the old town. Antonio, our recepcionist was very nice and attentive and helped us book a taxi to go Bileca and gave us tips on where to eat. Não curtiu · The bathroom is so small that the privy is almost inside the shower. To get out of the shower one has literally to step over the privy. Internet was also an issue. We stayed for two days and it was unavailable for 1,5 days. We had to go to the window and position our cells just so as to get a faint signal from the nearest B&B. We were also not provided with a Map or explanations on the main attractions.
