Nice hotel with good service. The only problem is the restaurant the food is very limited and On Saturday there was only pizza and salads and they told me after I order.

Tout d’abord, je tiens à Vous exprimer mon plus profond mécontentement.
J’attire votre attention sur les faits suivants :
- la chambre n’était pas prête, nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et hier soir à notre arrivée, il a fallu que nous fassions nous-même le second lit, les draps nous ont été donnés à l’accueil,
- la chambre n’était pas propre,
- pas d’eau chaude pour la douche,
- que deux serviettes, alors que nous étions 3 dans la chambre,
- plus rien au petit déjeuner, alors que j’y suis allé à 8 heures,
et j’en passe…
Ce n’est pas dans mes habitudes de râler, mais pour une somme de 400 euros, y compris les petits déjeuners, ce n’est pas possible…ça n’en vaut même pas 150 €..!

Reform your reception teams or hire qualified staff! A refund for the buffet service not consumed by 11 PEOPLE would be more than appreciated for customers who regularly come to your establishment.

Stayed two nights on a tour (booked by travel agent). Quiet location and well kept grounds. Spacious room with kitchenette, seating area and desk area. Well located power jacks. Comfortable bed, very flat pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order, good water pressure in the shower. No toiletries other than liquid soap. No dish detergent. And for the negatives, the place needs better maintenance. The first night the smoke alarm started going off before I even turned the hot water on to shower. The staff came and checked it and concluded that the battery was faulty and took the battery out. Shortly thereafter the A/C stopped working: I had to call the staff back, they couldn't figure out what was wrong but said that the A/C had been acting up for a while. In the end, I had to change rooms. It was already past 23:00 and I had already unpacked all my staff, so changing rooms took a while. Due to these mishaps. I lost 1.5 hours of sleep. The second room was very similar, and fortunately everything worked, although the A/C display showed that the filters needed to be changed. For the price paid, better maintenance is definitely expected. Breakfast buffet with good selection. Wifi worked well.

Excellent accueil lors de mon Check in. L’équipe du bar et restaurant est à l’écoute et fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme. Tous les équipements de l’hôtel sont en parfait état. La chambre est grande, confortable et très bien équipée.

Cadre très agréable mais au regard du prix on peut s'attendre à un réfrigérateur rempli et pas à une bouteille d'eau et un mini planteur de bienvenue à ce que toutes les portes de l'appartement ferment des articles de toilettes dans la salle du petit déjeuner et pas de réflexion sèche parce que je me suis installé sur une table prévue pour midi rien ne l'indiquait et sinon après une table bancale ... un petit déjeuner à 22 euros avec des ananas pays sans goût le deuxième jour plus de salade de fruits une carte repas avec peu de choix erreur sur le repas prix j'ai laissé tomber globalement un meilleur service et un meilleur accueil sont attendus et plus de professionnalisme à mon départ l'on m'a demandé de payer le séjour alors qu'il était déjà payé !
