**Secure and Stylish with Excellent Service** I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, where I was given the most secure room on the property. This level of security was impressive. The room itself was a visual delight, with a beautiful design and spotless condition. Fresh towels were provided daily, adding to the sense of cleanliness and comfort. The staff were exceptionally polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have more watercress in the shower, though this is a minor, personal preference. 9/10 is a perfect blend of security, style, and superb service.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff and a decent breakfast. Booked as there weren’t many others available that night in the area, but it exceeded my expectations:-)

Our holiday started with the very friendly service from the hotel staff. Room sizes were very generous with 2 kids. Bathroom was amazing, a room in itself. I would recommend family’s with kids to this hotel. Across the road is a great restaurant serving Thai and western food with live music. A great experience. Thanks to the wonderful hotel staff for making our stay unforgettable.

Air conditioning was making a lot of noise.

Booked 2 rooms, 1 for me and my partner and other for friends. I was unable to go due to a severe leg infection. I sent the hotel a picture of the infection and told them I was also happy to send them a video with my face and then pan down to infection. The pain was immense and there was no way I could travel to Krabi from Phuket. I advised the hotel in good time, but they insisted on keeping the money. This is simply bad and unethical business. I have a business with strict rules on refunds too, but illness always supersedes those rules, and we will refund provided we have evidence of the illness. On this basis, I rate the service as terrible. My friend did go and said he has no idea why it is posted as a 4 star hotel. He had just gone from a 4 star hotel in Phuket and this one was way below that. He was glad to leave!

The hotel is about 1 mile away from Krabi City. So there is not much touristic things to do in the area. I personally enjoyed going to local restaurants and connecting with the people. The staff is very nice. Wifi is pretty bad though. The pool area is not bad as well.

The overbearing terms do not allow you to check out. If you accidentally click on it if you are quick, more than 500 yuan will be wasted.

The location is close to many places to eat. The room I stayed in looked old, not very clean. There was a water leak in the bathroom🥲
