We stayed at this hotel in October. We are staying here for the fourth time. I think this already speaks about the quality of this hotel. I would also like to say thank you to the hotel staff and thank you for the first aid provided. My girlfriend and I got into an accident on a motorbike, and when we arrived at the prka hotel, we contacted the insurance company, a man came out to us with a bag of medical supplies, saying that he had been trained to provide medical care, washed and treated all wounds and applied bandages, the wounds were very serious. After the hospital and the stitches, we had only seven days left on vacation and we spent almost all the time at the hotel. The staff sent us plates of fruit with wishes to get better soon, they always helped and supported us in everything. Thank you kind people for your huge hearts. With best regards Gleb and Margo

Super awesome. We booked this hotel by mistake. When we arrived in Krabi, we found that the hostel we booked was not suitable for our Chinese physique, so we searched for 4-5 stars on the beach, and they were basically full. I would not book this hotel without reviews or photos. , but the surrounding area was full. Then the grab driver first sent us to another old hotel that cost more than 1,000 RMB during the Spring Festival. It took us a long time to get here (sea seeker and the boss were directly next to them and talked to the driver directly. Just say sea seeker) Facilities: Brand new, really brand new, except that the door always has to be closed very hard. Anyone passing by the hotel next door must take a look at the building here. Hygiene: It's brand new and very good. There are not many guests. I later found out that they were not online and were supposed to be testing. I accidentally ordered it. It was later said that it would only be online in March. During the Spring Festival, we had about 10 guests in total, and the waiters were better than us. many. Environment: There are a lot of food on the main streets. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Negotiate the price for 100-150 by tutu. Service: Afternoon tea will be served in the afternoon, and they will help us clean up a little when we go out. The service in the morning is also five-star. I really love the breakfast. I used to stay in hotels and often didn’t get up for breakfast. The motivation to get up at this hotel is breakfast 🧇. Parts that can be improved: 1. The swimming pool in the room is connected to the bathroom, so mosquitoes will come into the room. Remember to put some mosquito repellent. 2. The door will whine if it is not closed tightly. Close it harder. 3. Press the toilet in the bathroom to flush. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'll stay here again next time if the price is affordable. My friends already missed breakfast on the day I left. By the way, the coffee in the room was super delicious. I even asked them for two packs when I left. It's possible. The hotel location was peaceful, they have best Italian restaurant and it’s a must try for pizza. However they don’t have lift and our room was on top floor. They only provide water once a day rest is chargeable which was disappointing. They upgraded our room as the room we booked was sold out. We had a bathtub in a balcony with over looking mountains. Overall the interiors were a bit in need of renovation. Staff was helpful throughout. Do not book breakfast with them as don’t have much options, rather you can go to some other places around.

We stayed in a chalet suite, which was a great size. The rooms are spotlessly clean and rooms attended to daily. I'm glad we chose this room as I can imagine it's a bit of a trek uphill to the rooms further back. The bed was rock hard but not uncomfortable. The shower was always hot and powerful, which I loved. The grounds were always clean and tidy too. The WiFi in the room is a bit on and off but works great at the pool and cafe. You can also connect your phone to the smart TV. The pool is really nice and peaceful with a bar to order food and drinks. They do bogof cocktails at happy hour too. The breakfast was very average. Everyone could find something to eat but nothing special. For this reason, we did eat out for breakfast after a couple of days. They have an omelette station, streaky bacon, toast, cereal, fruit, Thai food etc. One day we ate at the cafe and I was left fuming at how long we had to wait for our food. There were 3 staff on duty but we were the only people in the whole cafe. We waited over an hour for a basic meal and then when it arrived it was wrong. I had ordered fries with my burger and I waited 90 mins just for fries which i had to eat separate to the burger. No cutlery either. The location was perfect. Right around the corner from the night market and not a long walk to bars and restaurants. The busier street can easily be reached by tuk tuk on the corner for a cheap price. Overall, it was a great choice and would return.

The overall environment of the hotel is very good. The swimming pool is very clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the price is reasonable. I also experienced the hotel's spa. It is quite comfortable, but the massage room is a bit cold. All the staff I met were very kind. The room is large and there is a balcony. I just checked in. There were some stains on the sheets and duvet cover, but they were changed later and were very clean. Because it happened to be the rainy season when I went there, there was a little smell in the room. After turning on the air conditioner, it disappeared. In short, it is a very cost-effective choice and is recommended~

Quarto : muito grande, talvez o maior que tivemos na nossa viagem de 6 meses. Tem uma boa varanda, o quarto é bem limpo, tem armário para colocar roupas e os móveis são antigos mas nada a reclamar, só a elogiar. Banheiro bom mas a água não é muito quente. Foi o suficiente para tomar banho, entretanto poderia ser mais quente. Ambiente interno no hotel : muito bom. Muito espaço livre com poltronas e cadeiras além de uma varanda bem grande. Atendimento : excelente. Todos muito atenciosos e atendem com um sorriso no rosto. Wifi : suficiente para o que precisávamos, acessar internet, assistir filmes, etc. Localização : muito boa. Uns 5 min caminhando até uma rua bem movimentada e com muitas lojas/restaurantes. Ao lado do hotel tem restaurantes que servem café da manhã e refeições. Conclusão: Aparentemente o Royal Nakara sofreu bastante com a pandemia, pois tem muito espaço não utilizado. Tem espaço para restaurante e inclusive mesas/cadeiras, mas não serve café da manhã nem refeições (propagandas mais antigas informavam que servia e era muito bom). De qualquer forma foi uma ótima experiência e indico para os que não querem gastar muito e ter um bom local para ficar em Ao Nang.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

It's perfectly located and offers everything you need for a couple of nights. The rooms are spacious, the wi-fi works well, and the beds are large. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they were kind enough to keep our luggage for us as we left for two nights on Phi Phi. As for minuses, the breakfast is not amazing and the sheets on the bed were old and not very clean. Quite a turn-off for an otherwise lovely place, so hopefully this will be improved in the future.

I decided to have a room with a balcony. In the building at the front desk, it looks good. It has a balcony for ventilation and convenience. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Shanghai from the beach. There is a 7-11 at the intersection on the beach. Leave your luggage at the front desk and go to Railay. When you walk to the beach, there is a long tail boat. By the way, the luggage has to be carried upstairs by yourself, which is slightly heavier. The room has everything that should be there. After washing clothes to dry on the balcony, it dries quickly

This place is very peaceful, beautiful and provided Muay Thai course for beginners to advanced such as 90 minutes basic course, conditioning program and even 1 ON 1 ultimate training like this! The restaurant with stunning panorama view from just beside the hostel and a 15 minutes walk to great seafood restaurants and entertainments at Ao Nang, or go to the north side and enjoy cozily quiet at Nopparat Thara beach.
