I have not had the pleasure to stay in a room at the Bonerowski Palace; HOWEVER, the Restaurant is AMAZING! Alesk, a restaurant greeter (who speaks VERY good English) introduced me to their menu. That night I was looking for a steak. I took the recommendation from Alesk on which cut of meat and the waiters' recommendation on which Merlot Wine would go nicely with the steak. BOTH ALESK and the waiter were SPOT ON! I have been traveling Poland for a month and had steaks at other hotels; but this steak, WAS AMAZING! IT WAS THE BEST STEAK I HAVE HAD SINCE BEENING IN POLAND! The Steak was cooked perfectly! Compliments to the chef(s)! I would categorize this steak as FORK TENDER! From the Service to the presentation to the first bite, it was heavenly! The wine paired perfectly. Both these men presented themselves professionally, with a very strong understanding of the menu, selections of wines, and how to serve their guests. I was so impressed with the food and the service, I had dinner there the following night. Again, I was greeted by Alesk. I was so impressed with my dining experience that previous night, I simply asked Alesk to order me a fish dinner (whatever he recommended) and a glass of wine. He sat me at a table and I was greeted by the server who confirmed my order. I was set for another night of remarkable food and service. If you are in Krakow (Cracow) and miss the dining experience with Alesk and the staff at the Bonerowski Palace, you have missed the best part of Krakow!

The location is very good, next to the central square, and most of the famous attractions are concentrated in the old town, so it is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was great, although the choice was not too much, but the quality was high. The only thing that is criticized is that the room is a little dim, but the front desk staff is very good. I will choose this store next time in Krakow.

I stayed here 6 years ago and returned with 5 friends as it is so well located and we were so well looked after by the staff previously. This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. I loved the quiet location in the middle of the Krakow old town and the historical feel of this hotel. Its an absolute gem as far as quality boutique hotels go. The room was opulent and cosy, bedsheets crisp and the mattress just the right firmness. I loved the breakfast in the lovely big and light dining room. They also have a great restaurant on site, with a lovely home-made eastern-European cuisine. We had dinners there on both nights we stayed there. Highly recommend!

The room is large, there is a place to put the box, but the bed is not big, not far from the old town and the train station, probably in the middle. There is a music school in the hotel, and there are always students from the college who are practicing the piano and passing out beautiful music. I don’t know if the air conditioner in the room is broken, not too cool, the house is quite tidal, the other is ok, there is breakfast, but the variety can not eat much.

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

The room was really big with 2 floors. But the 2nd floor was a bit too empty and wasn’t too useful for us. We got a room in the first floor so the view wasn’t that amazing too. There is a big kitchen with everything you may need that would be good if you are long-staying. The most attractive thing in the room was it’s massaging bathtub, which was super big and fun to play with. Although it wasn’t cleaned perfectly that we saw dirt coming out after pushing the massage button. We then cleaned the bathtub by ourselves before using it again and it’s worth it.

The kitchenette was handy with its kettle and fridge as well as being well equipped with utensils and crockery. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient for eating in the restaurants in the main square and visiting the attractions and sights of the city. The staff were friendly and keen to help whenever we had a question. There isn’t the possibility to store luggage but we were informed that there is a luggage storage facility across the square which was also rather convenient. The price for our stay was great and we definitely received more quality than what we paid, especially compared to standards in other parts of Europe. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights end of April. Arrived around 11.30am and our room was ready, large triple room, two single beds and a pull out double sofa bed, all beds comfortable. Bathroom large with a great shower. Hairdryer was powerful. Room has a safe which is free of charge. Ideal location right next to the square. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and great to have something before setting off to explore. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return.

We were greeted by Gabriella, who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and in informative, our room was fabulous number 28, on the fifth floor there was a lift to the fourth floor and a few steps to the fifth. The hotel is in a perfect location a few yards to the main square with lots of bars and restaurants . Breakfast was Continental, plenty of choice and very friendly staff.
