Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty.
Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm.
But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point.
Hope can be improved next time :)

Friendly staff and great location! I had a problem with the the door lock. It wouldn’t open with the key card. The front desk staff found some one to help me open it quickly.

This is a beautiful hotel which could use some freshening up, particularly in the public areas. The central AC broke while we were there during an extremely hot day, but the staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good, in an elegant space.

Staying at Grand Hotel Krakow takes you to the 19th century, you will be surrounded of History! Every single room is luxury decorated. Great location in old town, 100m from the Market square. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Iza, Kamila and Darius who helped us buying Salt mine and Auschwitz’s tickets. Alex (luggage guy), the boys and Patricia from the restaurant. We will come back for sure!

Great location. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. There was a small gym with older equipment. Blackout curtains would have been appreciated. Overall a great choice

Nice hotel, inside the Old Town, I loved their breakfast. Small sizes, so you can taste many things. Last morning we couldn’t attend breakfast because we had to go to the airport. So we got a nice pack with sandwiches, fruits, water and even fresh coffee to go. Thank you for kindness and attention.

Wonderfully traditional hotel in Krakow. Immaculate throughout with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very big, and well-furnished with comfortable bed. There is a good range of food available for breakfast and we were offered freshly cooked eggs to our taste every day. The location is superb being very close to the main square yet just far enough away to be peaceful too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when returning to the city.

Excellent hotel and staff. Enjoyed the time in Krakow Poland but very sad visiting the prisoner sites from World War 2. The hotel was very clean and had excellent rooms. The dining was good and provided some excellent meals. Thank you to all of the staff during our visit.
