Very good location, just off the square but the room was tiny! I think we just had bad luck as the other rooms on trip advisor and *********** were a lot bigger. It was a bit disappointing to be in such a small room as I am sure we paid the same as everyone else, yet must have had the smallest room. I travelled with my sister and we could barely move around each other it was that cramped. Room was clean and tidy, we faced the back of the building so was quiet. There is a bar who has an outside area which it backs on to but didn’t hear too much. Beds were very comfortable. WiFi was good and worked well. Heating worked well and warmed the room up so never felt cold even when it was freezing outside. When we arrived we struggled to get inside as had not been given arrival details from jet2 and so we were ringing the bell and nobody was answering. In the end we had to call them and they gave us the code to get inside and told us where the keys were. They did say we should have rung the bell which we did and nobody answered!! We did not see anyone on reception the whole time we were there, until our last day even though it says the reception is manned part of the day, we didn’t see anyone. We flew home at 8pm and weren’t leaving Krakow till 5.30pm and were able to leave our bags until 3pm which was a big help, had to take them then as the reception was closing. Reception (via email) also arranged our taxi transfer from the airport and back to the airport which was very helpful. Word of warning - the stairs are steep and hard to get up so if you have a heavy bag or struggle with stairs this is probably not the place for you, especially if you ended up on the top floor. Overall we would stay again due to the fab location and very clean rooms but would request a bigger room as the one we stayed in was just too small for 2 of us.
