The room is neat and clean, the bathroom is spotless, the service staff is friendly, the indoor space is large and high, the public facilities are many and clean, the restaurant space is very comfortable, I will come back to experience it next time

The hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Krakow old town. The style of the interior is impeccable and like you’re stepping into a palace. The rooms are classy but cozy and of good enough size.

We stayed here 3 nights recently. What a hotel! From the moment we stepped into the hotel there was a wow factor. The lobby was beautiful. The room was magnificent - a historical room with original historical walls, antique furnitures, a gorgeous bathroom and yet with the modern electronics one would expect. Breakfast was very good, a combination of an extensive buffet and made to order hot items. The staff were all friendly and helpful. For the price and experience, this hotel cannot be beat.

I wrote a review prior to going to H15 Luxury Palace as they had been so amazing to assist with last minute changes. Staying there was the best treat ever. The hotel was stunning, the room we had was incredible. The Spa was so good we went twice. One of the best holiday experiences ever. The staff get 20 out of 10. Well done to management and thank you to all who made the trip so great. Special thanks to Michal, Agnieszka and Kateryna Bunetska
