Das Hotel ist sehr schön und Persönlich. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und schön gestaltet. Die Nasszellen sind super. Der Pool und Essbereich ist durch die Palmen und sonstigen Pflanzen sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Die Gastgeber sind spitze. Das Essen im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Wir sind keine Taucher, wurden aber vom Gastgeberpaar über viele, gute Ausflugsideen informiert. Es ist empfehlenswert ein Auto zu mieten um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Automiete ist direkt beim Hotel möglich. Die kleine Stadt ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Es waren alles in allem super schöne Ferien im Sonrisa.

Einfach nur der Hammer. Als wiederholungstäter gibt es fasst nicht zu schreiben. Ausser das die Zeit viel zu schnell vorüber geht. Unser Tip?!?! Unbedingt besuchen. Danke noch einmal von Herzen Beat und Corinne. Wir kommen wieder. Ob ihr wollt oder nicht. 😉☺️ Dani & Janine

Sonrisa was the perfect choice for our holiday in Bonaire! This beautiful little boutique hotel surpassed our expectations, looking even lovelier than in the pictures. The pool area is very inviting, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Choosing Sonrisa was easy because it offered everything we needed: lovely accommodation, breakfast, and dinner on some evenings. Most importantly, it provided high-quality rental diving gear and a rental car. It was also extremely convenient to arrange for a diving instructor through Sonrisa for an introductory dive (after which you can dive with your certified buddy) and a night dive to observe the glowing ostracods. The hosts, Beat and Corinne, are incredibly kind and helpful, making Sonrisa the perfect place for both divers and non-divers.

Tolles Boutique-Hotel an guter Lage (10min) zu Fuss vom Zentrum Kralendijk entfernt. Vielfältiges, immer frisches Frühstücks-Buffet. Möglichkeit 2-3 mal Essen am Abend. Schöne Poolanlage zum Erholen. Ebenfalls Möglichkeit zum mieten eines Autos. Liebe Corinne und Beat: Macht weiter so! Herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen wieder!

We had a very good time 3 weeks over Christmas at Sonrisa. Definitely because of Corinne and Beat, whom the small hotel belongs. Their service was absolutely perfect and personal. Breakfasts were very fine and we had also some homemade dinners. Pool was regularly cleaned and we also borrowed a car. The rooms in the main building are simple, but suitable for the hot weather and easy cleanable, when you come from the beach with the not every time clean shoes. Cleaning was offered every day, but we didn’t use it so often. Towels were changed every time we wanted. Hotel offers also the beach towels and a car seat blanket, when you’re driving a little wet. We would just appreciate the mosquito nets to have in the room as we like to sleep with the door open. The reconstructed rooms in front building were completely new and the nets were already installed. Location is very good for walking to the centre for a dinner, shopping and close to airport. With the car you can reach almost all the corners of the island in max 45 min. Price is fine according to the value, you get.

Ich war Ende Juni 2023 für eine Woche in Bonaire, bevor es dann auf die Insel Aruba weiterging. Ich habe mich im Boutique Hotel Sonrisa sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt unweit vom Divi Flamingo Beach entfernt. Auch die Karel's Beach Bar ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Von dort aus ist es möglich, einen Ausflug auf Klein-Bonaire zu machen. Im Sonrisa gab es jeden Morgen ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit selbstgemachtem Brot. Sie bieten auch immer wieder spezielle Abendessen/Themen-Abende an, wie z.B. Schweizer Käse-Fondue-Abend. Corinne und Beat sind ein sehr eingespieltes Team und zaubern einem jeden Morgen ein Lächeln auf die Lippen. Für Taucher ist die Insel ein Paradies. Für mich war das Tauchen leider nichts. Dennoch habe ich die Insel mit dem Mietauto vom Hotel sehr ausgiebig und gerne bekundet. Es war ein Traum und ich würde jederzeit wieder ins Hotel Sonrisa zurückkehren.

Wir haben einen grossartigen, zweiwöchigen Urlaub auf Bonaire im Boutique-Hotel Sonrisa verbracht. Die Gastgeber Corinne & Beat führen ihr kleines aber feines Resort mit viel Herzblut. Wir haben die Insidertipps der beiden rund um die Insel, aber auch den perfekten Service des Personals, sehr geschätzt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Das Resort ist zudem ideal für einen Tauchurlaub; sehr gut organisierte und eingerichtete Tauchinfrastruktur für Taucherfahrene. Aber auch Tauchneulinge sind im Sonrisa sehr gut aufgehoben. Mit Michael und Sabine stehen zwei sehr kompetente und lustige :-) Tauchguides zu Verfügung. Wir haben vor Ort, zusammen mit Michael, unseren Advanced OWD und den Nitrox Kurs abgeschlossen. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir auch sehr unkompliziert und direkt bei Sonrisa buchen. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch im Sonrisa Alles in Allem; ein perfekter Urlaub auf Bonaire!
