The hotel cancelled my reservation 3 days before my arrival even though it had already been paid for!!! And I was travelling with two children… they didn’t make the effort to relocate me elsewhere or offer me something else… nothing! just a message saying there was no availability!!! While I repeat, the room had already been paid for and they cancelled it 72 hours before my arrival!!! How is this possible!!! REALLY SHAMEFUL.. Don’t book this hotel if you didn’t want this to happen to you….
