The only thing no good is there has no towel rail to dry the towel after shower. Others are brilliant.

The room is clean and tidy. Overall is good. Just the carpark is those automated parking. I faced problem when we checked out, the machine broken. We wait for more than 30min in order to get our car out from parking.

No complains on the room and services provided.
Helpful Front desk.
Just that you thought everywhere is cashless, they still impose security deposit in Cash ! I missed it out and have to walk out and withdraw cash.
Once I submitted security deposit, I was delivered another news that no car park provided for studio unit.
Again, I have to drive out and find my own parking. Perhaps mitigation on this information could be updated.
I might return again of course..depending on the room type and if I am driving or not.

The hotel is isolated from everything, there is almost never anyone at reception, they never come to clean or change the towels and to top it off it is full of cockroaches. Bad stay, we will not return.
