Very good experience. Comfortable environment, very close to MRT station, Monorail, Lot10, Pavillion, Jalan Alor etc. I will stay here again next time.

The owners is helpful. I left my clothes imside the washing machine then i got back few days latter after i came back to KL.

The apartment was clean and cozy, and the location is great close to Pavilion, its train stations and to TRX. And for the price I paid I'm more than satisfied.

The place is convenient for us, walking distance to the mall/eateries/lrt station. The only downside is that the lift service should be improved. 5 automated lifts, where you need an access card to get to your designated floor - 1 was under repair, 1 was hardly usable, and the other 3 were not going fast enough. It took us half an hour just to get down in the morning.

The place is really good, clean and tidy, the city view is visible from the room window, the service is also good starting from confirmation before booking even when there is a problem, the answer is fast and very helpful. Very suitable for a vacation, a place close to everywhere, you can enjoy it while walking

It is very close to MRL and MRT. The surrounding area is very lively. There is a 7-11 downstairs. There are many shopping malls nearby. It is also within walking distance to Alor Night Market and Xinfeng Bak Kut Teh. The room is super warm, spacious and clean. The night view is super beautiful. You can see the Kuala Lumpur Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. There are dry and wet toilets equipped with shower gel, shampoo and bath towels, a washer and dryer, separate air-conditioning equipment in the living room and room, and considerate hair dryers, irons, and umbrellas. The key bed is very good to sleep on I will definitely choose to stay here again next time

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. The administrator responds quickly, but the hygiene is not very good! I originally thought that the B&B should not be too demanding, but I picked up the room at 3 o'clock. The room was not clean at all, and the garbage and used towels were still there. After contacting the administrator, I had to put down my luggage and go out to eat. The B&B did not reply until after 4 o'clock. Clean well. When I returned to the B&B, I found that the Sofa cover was stained, so I didn’t dare to sit on it. Only two large towels were provided, and the towels were not very clean. There were no hand towels or face towels. The toilet paper was only half a roll, and there were no boxed tissues. Mouth cups were not provided, so we had to use water cups as mouthwash cups. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. There was no towel replacement service or garbage dumping service. There was only a small trash can in the toilet. I didn’t know where to throw the garbage for 4 days. There was a mattress next to the living room wall. It felt messy. There was no hot water supply for a day, so I was forced to take a shower with freezing water. It's really too bad. I will definitely not stay in this B&B again or recommend it to my friends.
