I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, strategically situated in hot tourist spot Petaling Street with a charming local restaurant right next door and a cozy cafe just behind. The rooftop offers stunning views, with a restaurant and bar where you can enjoy panoramic sights of both the Menara Kuala Lumpur and the Merdeka 118 tower – truly breathtaking! The hotel is beautifully renovated, clean, and well-maintained, providing a modern and comfortable environment. One of the highlights was definitely the in-house massage, which was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend this place for both its convenience and the overall comfort it offers!

The hotel's location was in the middle of the busy Petaling street, a mere 10mins walk from Pasar Seni MRT. A bit tricky to navigate but if you know the back alley access which is less of a hassle.
One unique thing about the hotel was the android smart projector. This is a brilliant idea and I kinda like it. Be advised the check in was at the 1st floor not your usual G/ lower floor.
Room are clean and quite modern(USB output charging )but the walls are a bit suspect. Breakfast is a mix of western and Malay cuisine. The taste is bland though.

It's right in Cichang Street. There are many vendors at night. There is a street behind it with restaurants. It's very convenient. The room is good except that there is no window. I spoke Chinese to the waitress and she could understand me. It's great.

The worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Malaysia. I saw it on Xiaohongshu and was attracted by the pictures online. After checking in, I found that the room was very small. The most annoying thing was that the hotel clearly wrote that breakfast was included, but the restaurant staff forced us to pay 30 Malaysian ringgit for breakfast. They told us that it was just a discount and not free. After complaining, I found out that it was a fraud by the restaurant! Finally, the Ctrip staff coordinated and handled the incident, but the good mood was ruined before the return trip. Later, the taxi driver (a local) told us meaningfully that Petaling Street is a mixed bag, and next time we come, try to choose a larger hotel. I hope tourists who choose this hotel can avoid the pit!

I chose this hotel because of its high cleanliness rating, but there were still some flaws when I moved in. I found a piece of red on my clothes that was bigger than my nails when I picked them up. I don't know if it was lipstick or something. The other hygiene conditions were OK, and the quilt seemed to have just been changed. Environment: It is located in Petaling Street, which is very convenient, but the environment outside the hotel is also quite messy. The hotel staff has a good attitude. This hotel is still recommended
