Poor service, dirty mosquitoes infested apartment(I've attached photos of our bites).old & rundown lifts(it rattles as it passes every floor)the air-conditioning will just stop running in the middle of the night(probably switched off remotely just so they can save on utilities cost)when we try to turn it back on, hot air came out instead.complained about it on our 2nd day of stay but noone came to check till mo than 24hours later.aaked for refund for the remaining nights,they offered another unit instead after much persistence from us.But still, same thing happened.Aircon units suddenly turned off in the middle of the night.this happened 4 nights in a row!Place is definitely overpriced.there are other newer yet cheaper accommodations nearby.

The most thing I like about this is the services, the person in charge handling me well, give clear instructions, easy for check in guiding me till check out. And of course for the room are satisfied me because its so clean, tidy and completed with what I want should be.

The room is very good. It has all the necessary facilities. There are two bedrooms. The view is also good. The washing machine is very good. The air conditioning is also good. It is suitable for family travel or group travel. It feels pretty good.

Facilities: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a room for luggage, a washing machine and a dryer. The space is indeed incomparable to that of ordinary hotels. We stayed for a week and could always wash clothes and wear clean clothes. There were two bathrooms and we didn't have to wait for each other to go to the toilet. This is what I personally like.
Hygiene: It was generally clean when we checked in, but if you have a cleanliness obsession, don't choose this kind of apartment because it won't be cleaned every day. The cleanliness is definitely not as good as a five-star hotel. I brought my own rag, so I didn't feel dirty when I wiped the table at any time.  The sheets got dirty halfway through, and the service staff came to change them immediately when I asked them to come. 

Environment: There is a convenience store 7-11 and a coffee shop downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Twin Towers or the subway. It can be said to be a very convenient location. The night view outside the window is very beautiful. 
Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic. We arrived at 3:00 in the middle of the night and they waited until then to help us check in. If there are any questions, we can communicate at any time and get a response.
Overall, the cost performance is very high. If you want to enjoy the largest space and convenient location at a relatively low cost, it is a very good choice. But if you have a cleanliness obsession or are very picky about many small details, it is not recommended.
