We book a 4 days 3 night stay over where. We arrived midnight around 12.30am on the 1st day. The bell men was good and ready to assist pick up all our heavy luggage upon we arrive and the check in was smooth. We were being upgrade to a junior suite where we were not being inform where we treat this as a bonus. The breakfast was busy but the helper is very professional to assign us a table and overall me and our children enjoy the stay so much.

Front desk experience was not pleasant as the service guy who serve us was not friendly at all. Keep insisting we booked a deluxe room and repeating telling us since I booked deluxe room, it’s at level 2 and we cannot have same floor with my other family members. It is ok for us not to have same floor but his attitude doesn’t look right and even show us black face! I’m not insisting to have same floor since my family members are there, I’m just merely requesting. Don’t think I will consider staying here anymore.
