Prime location. At the heart of Bukit Bintang. 1 min walk from Bukit Bintang MRT station. Provided free umbrellas for hotel guests to use when it is raining. There is a Nespresso machine in each guest room for coffee lovers. The pillows although fluffy were acceptable for us. There are 3 different pillows available to choose from in case the fluffy pillows are not the type for you. The toilet and shower are separate rooms with the shower room being quite big. Slight minus point was that the shampoo and conditioner was combined into 1. But overall it’s good. Will return!

The location is very good. The citywalk is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and stylish. I will choose it again next time. I don’t recommend the breakfast. It’s not delicious.

The hotel is in a good location and staffs are polite & friendly. Room are clean and classy, the downside is that the bathroom lacks of hooks for towels and clothes and also I didn’t realize this hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for breakfast, but I was a bit disappointed with the bento breakfast delivered to the room. After all it was still a good stay.
