It was worse hotel experince for the 1 day. During the check-in reception arrange the wellness living queen bed room for me without any inform and I request to change the room with the order as per trip.com. they given me a lot of explaination then I received the room change. However, the 1st changw room it have smell and aircon is not work properly and they are trying to solved. But I was not happy with the service change the room again. I requested to change the room again. I had provide them the feedback which is the room have not day to the standard of receiving visitor to stay and not properly maintanance of their facility as my professional. They still provided me a lot of excuses.I feld disappointed with the customer service.

A very basic hotel with inadequate amenities.
The cons:
1. The sink is inside the room instead of inside washroom
2. Toilet flush not so good (low water pressure)
3. No water dispenser at each floor. I stay at fifth floor. Need to go down to 4th floor or kitchen to take hot/cool water
4. Hot water from dispenser not hot (warm)
5. No kettle inside the room
6. No iron inside the room. Need to go down to 4th floor for ironing
7. Lack of options for breakfast

The overall experience was bad. Receptionist didn't solve the problem and having a bad attitude. Amenities mentioned are not available for all guests and rooms, for example hair dryer, causing the customers to sleep with their hair wet for the whole night. Provide rooms which are not clean at all, with cockroaches crawling in the toilet and also having lipstick and makeups all over the bedsheet, which I suspect they didn't even clean up ad change a new bedsheet for the next customer. The overall experience was so bad. There are also noisy sounds over the night, which I couldn't even sleep well.

Very close to the University of Malaya, very convenient, less than ten minutes walk to the canteen. The public area is large and the atmosphere is good. The room is the same size as the actual size, but the layout is reasonable.
The disadvantage is that it is not cleaned every day, but you can complain to the front desk and the response is quite timely.
There is a coffee shop downstairs where you can have breakfast for 20RM, and there is a small supermarket opposite. There are not many things, but it is better than nothing. The laundry is in the opposite building, and you can scan Alipay haha.
