Nice view of Merdeka Tower? Location is great, near Dataran Merdeka SCKLM starting line. We caught 2 baby cockroaches in our room despite the room looking decently clean. Outdoor Parking by the building we paid rm140. The parking operators like to slaughter you when there are running events I guess.

This was a great hotel in a great location. It had a unique feel, and the staff was extremely helpful. Prem at the front desk, in particular -- she went out of her way to help me get a taxi when I had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Generally good experience at the hotel. It is surprisingly clean, and room without windows did not smell. Just thought that the service personnel could be more patient. But I do understand that there were a large group of tourist setup weird and ridiculous requests throughout their stay at Cosmos. Not sure if there were thorough cleaning as past tenant's luggage tag was still found in the room.

Hotel location is strategic..nearest to Dataran Merdeka,walking distance..Room cleanliness is good..

Bfast menu is so basic. Lift is out in service, long wait bcause so many people. The conciege is polite. Have a suspicious feeling about the smoke detector because the red light is blinking, suspect recorder 😅😂

The hotel turned to be better than expected. If you want to explore Merdeka square, River of life, Central Market & Chinatown it is the choice.

My client told me that this hotel needs to improve the quality of interior decoration to make it look more attractive

Strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Easy access to public transport ie Masjid Jamek LRT Station. Also close to Merdeka Square. Room was greatly maintained. Clean and tidy. Will stay again in future.

Location strategic, near klcc and lrt. Room ok for staycation. Just door lock not working. Counter strictly on their check in time. Normally hotel will consider check in if room available but this hotel not. I arrived around 2.30pm and have to wait till 3 pm. The parking part very2 disappointed.

The location is in city centre and very convenient as there are many restaurants nearby. The room is clean. The shampoo is out and the staff refilled very quickly. Staff are nice and helpful.

Beautiful location! 10-15mins walk away from Petaling street where you can feast and shop. Awesome hotel room indeed!

great stay, room is spacious and it’s only 3minutes walk from lrt station. but unfortunately there’s some problem with the room key for the last night, can open from inside but can’t open from outside so must got at least one person in the room to open the door. But since it’s already last night, so doesn’t matter for us. Will def stay again.

we choose this hotel cause it is one the nearest to merdeka square, it is just within walking distance. and there’s a lot of eateries around here. but there’s a lot of downside of this hotel too. the room smells weird. it’s hard to adjust the shower head. the fridge kinda not working. i really prefer them to provide bottled water instead of in the refill bottle cause i really have some trust issue with where is the water coming from. the hotel doesnt take responsibility to provide parking for the hotel guests. you are on your own. do not deceive by the private parking lot right beside the hotel, it is way too expensive. charge per hour 24/7. rate : 100/weekday, 140/weekends. drop your belongings in front of the hotel then park you car at the parking lot in the opposite building, rate 20/day.
