Good hotel! We were surprised when we found out that we were in the Indian quarter of Kuala Lumpur - very colorful with elements of Indian culture!
The location is excellent - grocery stores nearby, many cafes with Indian cuisine, right behind the hotel there is a huge shopping center (NU Central), there are exchange offices with a very good rate, many cafes (if they tell you that the dish is not spicy - believe me, it is spicy :)) and stores - you can have a full-fledged shopping without going far from the hotel :) Inside this shopping center there is an entrance to the metro, which greatly simplifies moving around Kuala Lumpur.
The room window overlooks a small street, it is quiet and calm at night.
The room is small, but cozy and clean, the only minus is the musty smell in the room, but perhaps this is due to the fact that Malaysia has a very humid climate in general.
Daily cleaning, free water, there is a small refrigerator.
Overall, this is a very good choice for a couple of days!

We got first charged the tourist tax when we arrived, but only saw later that it was already included in our earlyer payment here on trip.com. please make sure you check! (We got it back though, as we complained).
Also the service Person was in a impatient and snappy mood, when we checked in. Not so nice!
The room had a tiny little window, facing to the wall of the building nearby ("view") and the room was quite dark and small.
There was a warer cooker, which is good and warm water available as well.
But generally, looking back, there were much better other options in the same arra for the same price.
For the service and quality of the room the paid price os here way to high, compared to other locations in the close surrounding.
It is close to the trainstation, that is also why we booked it!

The bed linen was all stained, stained, etc.
There were some bugs running around on the tables.
My first room had a broken air conditioner, unbearable stuffiness and foul-smelling air - probably insect treatment.
I took a room for 2000₽, paid another 1000₽ on the spot to move to the best room they had.
In the second room, I hadn’t even had time to check in before the power supply broke.
In the third room, there were still bugs (I hope they weren’t fleas, they’re not that fast), stained linen, the only bathroom accessories were cheap liquid soap (with a sour smell)
In short, I slept in my clothes, ran away the next morning, feeling like I’d been in a bedbug infestation, and for 3k you can rent a very comfortable hotel.
Young guys, either Indians or something like that, are in charge, completely indifferent to everything that is happening, cheerfully humming something under their breath in front of my discouraged face. 😂
