Our 3rd time here but this time we were disappointed with the check in process. We arrived a bit late, almost 10pm. There's no one at the reception 😕 we rang the bell, call the hotel but there's no answer. After 20 minutes, one guy came out of nowhere. Not even a single sorry, he gave us the key and the rest is history 😂 Other than that, this hotel will always be our favourite because near the eatery, also a walking distance to Titiwangsa station (MRT, star LRT and monorail).

This is the second app trip for God's sake which is very painful. Why was my booking confirmed but when I arrived at the hotel the reception staff told me there was no room for me. God willing, this is really bothering me because on New Year's Eve all the rooms were gone while I had already arrived in Kuala Lumpur. The most hurtful reception staff didn't help at all, just told me to complain to Oyo. Make trip apps sorry, after this I will remove these apps from my phone because I have been supporting trips for years but last night was really troublesome. please refund my money as soon as possible and sayonara apps trips forever😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
