I was shown to room 8-1, and when I tried to open the door, the key wouldn't open and I was unable to enter the room for over 30 minutes.
I asked the management company for help, but the key still wouldn't open, and when I finally did open it, there were more than 10 cockroaches walking around on the floor.
I couldn't even put my luggage down, so I ended up driving back to the airport in the middle of the night without staying the night...
It was late at night, so I couldn't get in touch with the hotel staff, and it was a very difficult experience.

Finally, I contacted the building security and waited for more than an hour before the security guard found the contact information! The attitude when answering the phone was also bad. They wouldn't solve any problem. If they couldn't solve it, they said they would ask me to check out. There are no basic daily necessities in the house, and the bare room has no furniture or anything else! I live on the 11th floor, with two bedrooms and a living room.
