Arrived late around 10pm and the checked inn was smooth and fast. Their staff were really good. Free parking provided. Didnt take the breakfast as we having meeting at other place in the morning. Room was good and clean though. Lift were fast. Overall it was a good place to stay and heal.

Lobby located on the 9th Floor on top of Sunway Putra Mall with easy access to nearby public transport and a walking distance to LRT station CHECK-IN: - Late check in, waited for few guests during check-in around 11.45pm (Sunday 25Feb2024), which took a while - Free room upgrade, which i really appreciate by one male FO, there are one male and one female, both malay front office was on duty at that time - Staff Quite Friendly - Reasonable price ROOM/SERVICE: - Well-maintained, comfortable and very clean room - Spacious room - Fascinating view of Pool facing KLCC and Kuala Lumpur town center view. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotel for Healing.. would recommend to everyone. Special Thanks to the FO on duty during my check in.

The exhaust fan of toilet seem broken or install inversely, when open the toilet switch (light and exhaust fan), the 'incredible' smelly/odor coming from exhaust fan. I had called the service twice but they just spray fragrance only, they say will call the engineer come, 1030pm wait till 12am, and they say engineer not free/ still servicing other rooms. Imagine bath/ bath tubing and can't use exhaust fan, feel dizzy in there, I booked this hotel cuz I need relax and enjoy the bath tub but sadly I can't. Btw I also saw the staff's fragrance spray remain in the room from last guest when I check in (I self put at the walkway) and make me think, it not getting fixed. The room is clean, interior is very nice but the odor make us can't enjoy it.

Sofitel’s service was good, as were the rooms. Some of the furniture had noticeable wear and tear, but it was a clean and comfortable room overall. One suggestion is to consider having a turndown service, which could really uplift the entire experience, since Sofitel already has the MyBed services on call. The service could afford to be more attentive. I appreciate the hotel staff’s help in searching for something that went missing from my room, though they couldn’t find it in the end.

The hotel is located between a motorway and a very crossing road, and it could be done if there were double or triple glass on the windows. However, it's just simple and the windows do not even close properly (the gardener washing machine washing machine washing machine is located in each corridor that also does not contribute to the calm of the residence. The hotel is a very good location, but it is a good location for you to stay calm.

Maybe pihak hotel kena check setiap bilik terutama bilik 4111. Letak perfume bilik ke bg suasana bilik tu tenang hati pun jadi senang. Nk bezakan ruang bilik di Arte Mont Kiara Duplex 2 bedroom dia beso gila selesala yg dtg dgn keluarga ank beranak. Klu dkt Ami Suite kecil jadi mcm rimas plk Klu duduk ramai2. Nk Mandi plk Jacuzi dkt MK3 siapa stay Zetter Suites sng nk ke pool dan jacuzi. Yg stay Ami Suites mudah utk ke Pool tingkat 30 dan R. Cuma jauh sikit nk berjalan ke MK3 jacuzi. You got what u paid. That's how I summarised my experience. I booked through agoda and paid beliw RM50 for my room. Room was really small. Only fit a single bed and a table. TV has no channel at all. Toilet was also so freaking small that I couldn't take my bath properly. I have to sit on the toilet to shower. No parking provided but there is a parking lot in front of the hotel. You need to pay RM5 to park there. The hotel is right beside Dynasty hotel but the front door is facing backward. It is kinda hard to locate. I only stayed for one night. But staff was helpful.

Surrounding environment of the hotel is good, supporting facilities are also good! Not careful enough, no water and toiletries should be provided in advance! And different national conditions should reserve a few conversion plugs for guests to rent, or inform yourself in advance! The front desk service is not available. I can't be reached after work at 9:00 in the evening. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that night and checked in almost at 3:00 in the morning! Ctrip's butler has been assisting me to get the job done. Thanks also to the hotel security, very helpful and responsible! Help me contact the cleaning aunt before staying! However, it may be temporarily arranged at the front desk. The room should be unoccupied for a long time. The quilt is covered with dust. It's too late to sleep. Hope the hotel improves
