The hotelroom is basic but aircon is working well, there is hot water wifi, beds are okay and room was clean. Location is fine. Booking by Agoda was a disaster as the hotelowner didn't get paid by Agoda he refused to give entrance to the room we had paid for and got confirmed by Agoda. Agoda cancelled the booking and restituted the money but they refused to compensate the expensive international phone charges that were necessary to get this settled even though I explicitely asked them to call me by Whatsapp to avoid these costs. They still offer the hotel at their website so next traveler that will book this hotel with Agoda will experience the same problem
