Room is generally clean, but found a small dead cockroach in the middle of the room and many clothes moth eggs hanging at the roof top. There are some cooking utensils, a microwave oven, and fridge available in our room. Check in can take a while, as you need to figure out mailbox room and where to park your car. The receptionist is only remotely managing this place. All communication is done over WhatsApp, they are quite responsive though! We got a room facing the sea, having breakfast with this view is really amazing. We would stay at this condominium again if we are visiting Kuantan again, but might check out properties managed by other hosts.

I had a great experience overall. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, making my stay even more convenient. The service was efficient, and everything went as expected. I would definitely recommend it to others and would consider returning in the future.

Should allow check out time at 12. 11 am is too early. Furthermore, Occupants have to do some cleanings before checking out.
Bathrooms not equipped with bath soap/gel. Only shampoo.
Not enough hangers for wet towels
Balcony is empty. No table or chair to sit around and enjoy the view
Installing a simple/small waterfilter will definitely help a lot.
