The hotel dont have lobby to sit while waiting for check in. In the website, the check in time was stated at 2pm but the reception counter put up a notice, stating at 2.30pm. I hope the hotel can make improvement, by at least put a sofa ay the lobby. The room is okay for solo travelling

Pro: Close to Metrocity night market. There is a shower water heater, strong water pressure. Easy to park the car. Con: Got room 218. The room is quite narrow. Dirty room walls. The big mirror is dusty. Lots of ants. There are blood stains on the sheets. In the room there is a door to the air conditioner compressor room. Not worth the price paid. Hope there are improvements after this.

Not recommended for any families who plan their vacation for more than a day. Especially parents who had kids and ladies.

Overall, if this hotel is graded in terms of percentages, I would give it a 30% for good air conditioning, thick blankets, adequate for the offered blankets, and thick. In addition, hot shower water works well. The rest is dreadful. I requested to wear an iron, and the male staff agreed to provide me one. I waited till I checked out, and no one arrived to send me an iron. Please learn to smile, Muslim female servants who are unfriendly. Only the people that look after me in the morning when I check out are good at smiling. I'm not sure how the female staff can give us a room without providing us with a towel; I have to go down to ask for one. Narrow room. There were no Kleenex, not even toilet paper. Overall, I believe you can make this hotel a stopover. But for a lengthy stay, perhaps last.

Can't comment much as I didn't stay at the hotel . The hotel was overbooked and no room was available for me upon check in . Hotel didn't even call informing on the cancellation and didn't even informed TRIP COM on the cancellation. Terrible poorly managed

the hotel just nice except reception counter, need to be alert. they said open for 24/7. i went downstair twice but the receiptionist didn't show up.

Disappointed, the water heater wasn't functioning, and i have to ask for remote for AC..

It's good to stay here. Near all basic facilities.
