"I stayed at Raia Hotel for a night before my interview at Bangunan Lee On, and it was an excellent choice. The location was very convenient, just a short drive away from my interview venue. I had a wonderful experience at Raia Hotel Kuching! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay."

"Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger"

"We wanted an extra bottle of water but was told have to pay Rm4 for it. Was not offered a choice to opt for waterfront view instead of city view when checking in."

"This is my third time stay in this hotel. The room was great and clean. We were assigned next to the swimming pool and there is slightly noise when there is ppl passing. But there was definitely quiet and peace in the room . We did not hear any water sloshing down from the room as the design is pretty good to avoid any sound that came from washroom.  Pretty good Location with various food stalls and a mall nearby. If u are renting a car the hotel also provides carpark and is under basement. You have do not have to worry about rain or shine while picking up your family  Good job for hotel stuff and hope to keep maintaining the hotel cleanness and stay in shape."

"Overall acceptance is 2.5/5. cleanness is acceptable. the cooling of the air conditioner is unable to adjust. Either it is freezing or stuffy if you switch it off. Shower hot water is good, but the shower holder putting so high that can't take shower hand free. The design of the toilet entrance door combined with the bath tub door is clever design, but I would rather the bath tub has a separate sliding door. One major point that caused a loss in rating is that I booked for 4 nights. On the 3rd night, I couldn't get into my room, and it happened again on the last day morning. We need to go to the front desk to unlock the card. It is so annoying and disrespectful."

"The hotel is located in the town area, just walking distance to the main bazaar, waterfront, and other tourist attractions. Very convenient. The pool and cardio room is located at the other wing, there is a bridge to walk over."
