"The receptionist was able to give me great advice on my commute from the hotel to my meeting place. Since there was a concert happening that night, which could have caused heavy traffic in the town area, their advice was incredibly helpful. The only drawback was the pillows and mattress, as they were too soft and not comfortable to sleep on. However, due to the excellent location being so close to the places I wanted to visit, this hotel will still be my first choice to stay during my next trip to Kuching."
