They attacked me physically unless i paid my booking with TRİP, your company. The son of the owner told .me that Tryp doesnt want to pay to the hotel and i should pay again for the same 2 rooms again from my pocket and i said no

I was expecting a good hotel room, what I received was a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, the main room was large and comfortable, the balcony had a partial view of the hill behind the property. The main bedroom was large with a full/queen bed, and a large wardrobe. The spare bedroom was smaller and had two twin beds.

Normal şartta otel ilk başta verdiği sözü tutup odalarımızı istediğimiz blokta ayarlamamış olsalar da orada tanıştığımız Murat bey hatrına tatilimiz güzel geçti. Emeğine eline sağlık olsun koca yürekli insan. Her işletme böyle bir insana muhtaç bence.

4 seneden beri gittiğim otel ve çok beğenerek gidiyorum, çevrede gidilebilecek en iyi yerlerden biri. Otele ilk girdiğinizde bambaşka bir ambiansla karşılaşıyorsunuz,her köşesi ayrı sohbetler yapabilecek alanlar, bol yeşillik,çalışanlar güler yüzlü ,odalar temiz ,yemekler ***et iyi.sadece beni rahatsız eden yemekte su isterken gelip başınızda adisyon fişiyle oda numarası sorulması ve otel sahibi olan bayanın despot duruşu altında yemek yememizdi ,sanki askeri bi yönetimin altında yemek yediğimizi ve itibarsızlaştırıldığımızı hissetirilmemiz beni çok rahatsız etti.otel harika ,işletme mantığı yetersiz.

Sadece 2 günlük konaklama amacıyla gittiğim otelde arkadaşım covid olduğu için 1 gece kaldım. Onun odasındaki cam açıkmış ve rüzgarla baş ucundaki çok eski abajur kırıldı. Resepsiyona indim çıkış yaparken dedim ki “haberiniz olsun abajur kırıldı benle bir ilgisi yok. Cereyan sebepli yere düştü. Bilgi vermeden ayrılmak istemedim. Durum not alındı sorun yok dendi ve ayrıldım. İstanbul yolundayken arandım ve telefondaki arkadaş “Çok üzgünüm ama müdürümle konuştum, tutanak tutulması gerekiyormuş” dedi. Maalesef İstanbul yolundaydım. Önemli değil atacağım ibana 500 TL göndermeniz gerekiyor dedi. Sırf resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok zor durumda kaldığı ve samimiyetine inandığım için gönderdim. Kendisine de dedim ki ben hayatımda böyle bi şey görmedim. Hangi otelde rüzgarın kırdığı abajurdan 500 TL alınır? Bu bedeli kim belirler? Gerçekten rezil bir durumdu. Bir daha kalmayı düşünmem… Otel genel anlamda eski ama temiz kahvaltısı ortalamanın altındaydı. Manzara ve odalar ***et geniş ve güzel. Ancak bu tutum çok üzücüydü. Umarım başka misafirlerine böyle davranmazlar.
