Badly maintained hotel units. House keeping staff very poor. Badly cleaned rooms. They gave us extra blankets at night 11.30 pm after calling them for more then 4 times. Bathroom shower tap was broken. Water pressure very poor in rooms. Restaurant staff was good especially Sujith and Abhijit.

It was a warm stay at Club Mahindra Poovar resort. The hospitality and restaurant staff was were kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Abhijit from restaurant who attended us and made my child and wife Birthday Special, so special thank to Mr. Abhijit. All other staff also made us feel so special. A Heart warming Chronicle of Our Stay at Club Mahindra Poovar.. Our stay at Club Mahindra Poovar was nothing short of an adventurous blend of luxury, food-induced bliss, and the occasional eyebrow raise. The property, nestled amidst Kerala's natural beauty, greeted us with warm smiles and scenic vistas. We noticed few drawbacks being discerning travelers. Even late at night, the housekeeping staff attended to our needs Of extra bedsheets, and duvet. The culinary team including Mr.Santosh, Mr.Sujit, Mr. Abhijit, and Mr.Muktar. at Club Mahindra Poovar, rose to the occasion to serve a gastronomic delight at Dinner on our feedback o menu at lunch. They took pains to prepare special low spice food for me for every meal.. Every meal was a symphony of spices, flavors, and aromas . The true highlight, however, was the boating through the enchanting mangroves. Drifting lazily ***** serene waterways, we felt like explorers in a Nat Geo documentary. The lush greenery enveloped us as we marveled at the ecosystem’s beauty. Sea birds, poised and graceful, glided above us or perched on branches as if they owned their spots, the rightful owners of the habitat.— On the second night we were transported to a musical haven by the heavenly tunes played by Mr. Ananthu on violin. Now we look forward our next trip to Poovar..

Enjoyed the stay at club Mahindra Poovar. Did the boat cruise which was a heavenly experience organized by the property. Food was also awesome, rooms were well maintained. We loved our stay at the Pool Villa too, the villa is ascthetically designed. Loved the food and found Mukhtar and Abhijeet to be extremely kind and helpful.

We are very satisfied from buffet breakfast and the service given by Mr Abhijit. He is very sincere, hardworking, he cares all guests and fulfills our requirements during alacart dinner because we are not taking spices. He speaks very politely.

Stay was excellent....! Courteous staff throughout at each level of interaction. Neat and clean rooms. Mr. Manoj who also looks after Holiday World activities at the resort for members, suggested for back water trip which was arranged by resort only (of course at a price, just kidding 😂) and the same was an excellent suggestion and proved to be extremely memorable and other suggestions for local site seeing and transportation was given by Mr. Abhijeet were also very helpful. I must thank both of them for making my trip memorable. They are indeed an asset for Club Mahindra when it comes to taking care of guests. They score full marks.. ! Property is also being managed in an impressive manner by staff of Club Mahindra. So cudos to them... !! Overall nice experience during my stay. Looking forward for many more trips with Club Mahindra.. Marry Christmas...!!

Great location for a relaxing holiday. The poovar south beach is just 5 mins away on road. The rooms are of good size. We stayed in a studio category accommodation and it was perfect for us. The food at the resort is also very good. The service at the restaurant is spot on too. Abhijit assisted us well on all 3 days we were here. Definitely recommend this place.

Rooms are well furnished very comfortable. However the bathrooms need to be upgraded - especislly the toilets. The food deserves special mention- excellent variety & delicious taste. The service was exemplary & personal touch added to the experience. Special mention of Mr. Muktar , Ms Kartika , Mr Sujit & Mr. Shantanu
