Hotels near Fugamaki Ezu in Kumamoto

I don't write reviews well, but I'm not really writing to compliment the hotel, but to the staff. First of all, Korean staff, male, female, kind and thankful. I don't know the location early in the morning so a Japanese woman will take me there (about 5-10 minutes on foot). And 15 minutes later, I came back and said that I was worried. Thank you very much. Conversation is because I'm not good at Japanese, so I mainly used translator to talk. It's easy to see the angel once again .. Thank you so much. But I don't think I'll go to Kumamoto anymore ... First of all, become aquainted with the idea of ”business hotel”. This is a place to sleep, not to chill in the room. Sleeping areas are smaller than American by a lot. Ours was a mattress on the floor (better than a futon!!) .Bathrooms are also tiny, but very serviceable. Space for luggage is ”creative”. That said, this is a fantastic business hotel. Our room was clean and bright, with a view of Suizenji Park out the window. The bathroom, though small, had a tub which my wife was overjoyed about (last place didnt have one). Staff does not speak much English, but they bent over backwards trying to help us figure out the AC control. There are onsite washers and dryers along with free wifi. The breakfast was to die for. Typical Japanese cuisine and lots of it. All of it freshly prepared. Well worth the additional cost to the room. Which brings me to the cost. This hotel is priced right. If you are looking for a place to lay your head while exploring Kumamoto and really don't need all the ”extras”, this is your place.

I can get one juice and I was happy to get Kumamon goods. If you walk a little to downtown and the neighborhood is dark and late at night, women and children may be a little worried. I think it's good to enjoy it because there are many fashionable shops around.

It is far from the vicinity of the station of mizumae Ji Temple, and there is a restaurant next to it, but there are few places to eat and eat around, and I went to the station on foot to eat. There are many car streets around the hotel, the front street is crowded with trams, the back is crowded with narrow roads, and the car needs to be driven carefully. The hotel felt that the building and facilities were old and the room was old. However, the staff was very good and very good.

The hotel is very clean and the service and breakfast are satisfactory. For me, the fact that it wasn't in front of the station was a little negative. This is the perfect hotel for people sightseeing in Kumamoto.

A very nice, modern hotel in the heart of the Kumamoto shopping district - very convenient location, right at the cross section of the two major covered shopping thoroughfares. Check-in only at 3pm and is an automated check-in/check-out system. Staff are very helpful and friendly. At check-in, you are free to choose your amenities from a very wide selection, including bath salts, face cleanser, moisturizer, coffee, green tea, etc. There is a giant tv in the room. No bottled water is provided. The room offers a full robe (short yukata and pants!). The rooms itself are very modern and renovated. There are two Family Marts and a 7-11 within a block of the hotel, as well as many dining and retail options within short walking distance. It is about a 15 minute walk to Kumamoto Castle and a 30 minute walk to Kumamoto Station.

Stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The room was clean and easy to spend. There is a tatami mats, so you can go go go. The bed is a bit hard, but it is not difficult to sleep. The open-air bath can hear the sound of the car because it is all over the city, but there is a cherry blossom and it is not visible from the surroundings, and the curtain for completely blocking is also installed, so if you are concerned, you can use it. The water was clean and easy to use. The outlet is hardly close to the floor, under the TV, under the bed, the bathroom and the air cleaner. If the charging cable is short, the tablet will be charged at the bed. If the charging cable is long, you can extend it from the TV and put the tablet on the tatami mats to charge. It was because it was a room near the coin laundry on the 3 floor, and I heard the sound of the washing machine. However, I was able to spend it without worrying about it. It is also convenient that the next door is seven eleven. I didn't use breakfast buffet because of corona. The hotel receptionist is a sister in a T-shirt, and there is no atmosphere called ”Hotel Man”, but I was able to check in and check out smoothly, and there is no rudeness. It was a very good hotel with location, newness and cleanliness.

I stayed ２ at the end of the year. It was my first stay, but I wanted to relax and stay again. The hotel is over ９ floor, but the glass is often used and the view is bright everywhere. There was a drum coin laundry next to the entrance of the public bath, and it was convenient for consecutive nights. Breakfast was a buffet, but the buffet on New Year's Day is a great word. When I arrived at the entrance with the service of the soup and arrived at the seat, the miscellaneous boiling was carried first. The soup was very delicious. In addition to the usual buffet, there were special dishes for New Year's Day, but there were many fresh sashimi, kazukono, shrimp, etc. There was red rice in rice. All were delicious and ate a lot. I went by car, but I went directly from the underground parking lot to the front floor and the parking fee was very good. Moreover, I think it is the best value for money in a hotel in Kumamoto City with a 24-hour parking setting. My wife started saving money because she wanted to go to the end of this year.

The hotel is located in the cross alley of Shinshi Street, with the famous Shoretsu Tei on the back. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. Shinshi Street is just downstairs, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the lower street. The location is very convenient. The hotel is very new and clean, and there are sofas where you can take a rest The hotel has a large bathhouse for use, but we didn't use it because of the time difference.
